2018 Dodge Journey I had put in an injury online for a 2018 Dodge Journey. I got a call from Scott saying I should come in and do a test drive. When I got there I got gr I had put in an injury online for a 2018 Dodge Journey. I got a call from Scott saying I should come in and do a test drive. When I got there I got greeted at the door with a smile & sat down and wait less than a minute and Scott came and greeted me. He was so helpful in helping me pick out the car I wanted. For some reason he already knew the car I wanted which is amazing. Scott gaved out a very positive energy. We took it for a test drive and he told me all about the car feaurtures. He helped me to connect my Bluetooth and how everything in the car works. He did an amazing job getting me the monthly payment that I wanted; also with the help of the lady in the finance office. She was amazing as well. She had a great sense of humor. I was able to drive off the lot with my dream car. This is a wonderful dealership I recommend this to everyone. Great experience!!! JP was great. I was on a timeline with having to going to work. JP was able to get all the information they needed in an hour and contacted me when th JP was great. Always hassle free at Hayes! I have purchased 7 vehicles from Hayes over the course of 20 years and I have always had such a great experience with them. Never hassled, the financ I have purchased 7 vehicles from Hayes over the course of 20 years and I have always had such a great experience with them. Never hassled, the financing is always easy and they make me feel like family. This last experience was when we came in to purchase a truck. Taurean met us at the door, listened to our situation, and we had a truck picked out, financed and out the door in 3 hours. He was very attentive to our wants/needs and even helped me two days later setting up a few things in my truck. Thank you Taurean and Hayes! More

Minivan to SUV I was loving my minivan, but as it aged I wanted to go back to an SUV. After looking at several Grand Cherokees and making Paul run back and forth to I was loving my minivan, but as it aged I wanted to go back to an SUV.
