We visited about 3 dealerships in Roswell/Alpharetta/Duluth before visiting Hayes. We were looking at the Honda Odyssey vs the Chrysler Town and Country. Mark Wong was a breathe of fresh air. He had a high level of knowledge of not only the T & C but compared & contrasted it with the Odyssey. The first thing he did was evaluate what our needs were. He wasn't pushy in selling us a new vs used vehicle but really helped us to make a decision to fit our needs. His communication style was very clear and organized. He showed us the different trim level vehicles side by side. He was very passionate about answering any questions or concerns but wasn't overbearing.
