This is by far the best dealership that I have worked with. The most friendly sales persons around that actually seem to care about the customer. We had a great experience at Hayes in Lawrenceville. We were in the market for a 2011 Dodge Durango, and Hayes was the first dealership we visited. As soon as we pulled in and got out of our truck, Steve M were in the market for a 2011 Dodge Durango, and Hayes was the first dealership we visited. As soon as we pulled in and got out of our truck, Steve Mathews was there to greet us with a friendly smile. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't able to close the deal that day, as the price was just a little high for our budget. We decided to look around, and visited several other Dodge dealers, none comparing to the service we received from Steve at Hayes. Although it took a few weeks, Steve kept in touch with us, either by phone or texting. We returned and made our purchase at Hayes. I'm sure the other salespeople have the same values, but I would recommend Steve Matthews. Adon was the person who handled all the closing financial matters, and he was a pleasure as well. Quite simply: I told them what I wanted, they had it, I bought it. They even came up with an extremely fair trade-in value for my Chevy Avalanche which is what sealed the deal. At no time was I under pressure like I would have been at other dealers. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot. I only bought Chevy up until now and am very impressed with the quality of the car. I had been looking for a replacement vehicle for several months. My wife found the Hayes website and we found several very good possibilities. So I contacted Hayes and worked with Steve Matthews. Steve was very good to work with and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. But, I also knew exactly what I wanted to look at. Steve brought the van out and I was ready to close the deal after the test drive. The van, a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Mainstreet, was in beautiful condition and in my price range. Steve handled most of the paperwork and then turned us over to Darius, the business manager. Darius helped up finish the deal. Both Steve and Darius were great to work with and I am very happy with the deal. More

I would recommend Hayes just based on the pure and simple fact that they cut right through the BS. There was no high pressure situation from any of the sales staff and the individual I was working with (Steve Matthews) was very courteous during the entire process. I had never considered Dodge before a few months ago. Being a very deliberate car buyer, I was extremely shocked at the value of their vehicles. The price you pay for the vehicle vs. what you get is amazing. You're getting the equivalent of some luxury vehicles for much less without sacrificing quality. Checking into the resale values of the recent models, they are extremely competitive. More
