I have given Hayes an excellent rating for two main reasons. First, the price beat all the other competitors' prices I found online. My next praise is for my sales representative, JP Kim. He worked with me on price and made sure to explain all of the ins and outs of the deal and the vehicle I was purchasing. He was not pushy nor was he overbearing. He took his time to inform me of everything I asked and even the things I did not think to ask about. He made the sale personal. He took the time to understand my needs from budgeting to practicality of the vehicle. When JP met my girlfriend and me at the door we instantly felt comfortable and welcomed by his demeanor. JP did a wonderful job and we would buy another car from Hayes directly related to the quality of sales representative that JP is. His care and willingness to spend time building a relationship, rather than just making a sale, is the reason we purchased the vehicle. Customer service is key and JP has it down perfectly!! More

JP was very patient and caring with me, he made sure that I knew that he was there for me. If I need an answer he was there to provide it. He wasn't pushy or overly eager just to make a sale, he wanted to make sure that I was happy not only with a new vehicle but with him and Hayes CDJ. JP didn't try to upsell me, in fact he let me make my mind up on whether or not I wanted extra features. He explained the ins and out of the vehicle and what features was available. Honestly, I was amazed at how friendly the atmosphere was at Hayes CDJ and how caring JP was, I was sure that I would have to deal with a sleezball but JP was definitely not that, if anything JP was the example of the perfect sales professional and he didn't have to email me his yahoo dating profile (insider joke) like some other dealerships were doing. As it always goes, I wasn't looking for a new truck to take home that day. I stopped to look at a pre owned vehicle and decided to look at the new just for kicks. I obviously took one home.
