mark was so very nice and helpful. he went overboard to make both me and my wife feel at ease and comfortable. buying over the internet proved to be very informative and saved me a lot of time. mark put ev make both me and my wife feel at ease and comfortable. buying over the internet proved to be very informative and saved me a lot of time. mark put everything on the table and did not use any high pressure to get us into the showroom to view and test drive the vehicle that we had picked from the internet.we had our 4 year old grandaughter with us on the visit and she simply feel in love with mark, as did my wife.he knew everything about the new dart that we were buying and had it ready to go upon our arrival.had he used high pressure i would have walked right back out the door.he is an exceptional salesperson with a great bedside manner.as for the dealership: so far everyone has bent over backwards to help us in a most courteous and proffessional manner. i really did have concerns about buying a new car and being ripped off as has happened so many times to us in the past, but that didnt happen this time. or at least not yet and i am comfortable in saying that i dont think that it will. i believe that when you spend a lot of money for a car that you should be treated as we were both treated. i can only give high marks for the dealership and the salesman at this time.we are having leather seats installed today and walt has been so very nice. that conversation from cloth seats to leather turned out to be very simple also. mark and walt worked very well together to set up nad confirm a delivery date. both my wife and myself are very excited about the leather.we will be picking the vehicle up tommorrow, and returning the rental car that the dealership has so graciously provided for us to use while the seats are converted to leather. I SEARCHED AND SEARCH EVERY OTHER CAR DEALER/ASSOCIATE NEVER CARED FOR WHAT I WAS REALLY LOOKING FOR JUST THREW CARS AT ME. ON THE OTHER HAND JP KIM I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED/WANTED AND THAT AND MORE WAS DELIVERED. JP GAVE ME OPTIONS AND KNEW HIS VEHICLES, HE WAS ABLE TO SHOW/TELL ME COMPARISONS WITHOUT LOSING MY NEEDS/WANTS. THE PROCESS WAS ABOUT 4 HOURS LONG BUT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT, JP MADE SURE HE CHECKED ON ME AND KEPT ME OCCUPIED WHILE WAITING FOR APPROVALS AND ALL. Originally I came into Hayes to purchase a used Charger R/T, but Bill Mathis got me into a 2013 Charger R/T which to be honest I would rather brand new than used, although I purchased a 2005 Neon in 2007 a R/T, but Bill Mathis got me into a 2013 Charger R/T which to be honest I would rather brand new than used, although I purchased a 2005 Neon in 2007 and absolutely loved the car, had no problems with it at all, now my son is the proud owner of my Neon. I have been going to Hayes in Lawrenceville since 1996 and will never deviate from them, they have impeccable customer service and are very helpful and will do everything possible to get you into a car. Bill Mathis must be a mind reader because he had the perfect Charger R/T delivered from Gainseville to Lawrenceville that was perfect for me, color and all!! Darius Jackson was very helpful with the financing and signing my life away, great sense of humor. Overall, I highly recommend Hayes in Lawrenceville if you appreciate great customer service and product, Hayes is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

When I entered the lot I was expecting the run around like many other dealerships. I was ready to pick the car I wanted and go to lunch while JP and the finance manager work on the financing. JP wanted m like many other dealerships. I was ready to pick the car I wanted and go to lunch while JP and the finance manager work on the financing. JP wanted me to stay because this dealership does not keep you here all day waiting. He said they work quick and might need documents for the bank while I was at lunch. I did not believe him and was rude to him. I had to apologize for my rudeness because the total deal only took about an hour. Everyone was friendly and kind to my wife and me. Their friendly service to me was not because of my credit score which let me know they really care about their customers. More
I actually did my request through the website given online and Mark got in contact with me with specifics and pdf'd me a copy of the details of the vehicle I was looking for. This dealership beat CarMax's price by $500 and also included SiriusXM for 12 months VS CarMax at 3 months. They also installed a tow hitch for me before I picked up my new vehicle the next day. Mark did a great job of explaining all the features in the vehicle and I actually upgraded from the Grand Cherokee Limited to the Overland with the price break they gave me and a better understanding of the vehicle. I bought my last 2 cars from CarMax, but Mark changed my mind by not only beating their price, but being extremely knowledgable of the vehicle I was shopping for, which made my buying decision much more confident.
