I can tell you that buying from Bob and Hayes has been a refreshing experience. Too often the task of purchasing another vehicle is a dreaded task. Most of us have had the terrible experiences in the past. You know the whole "high pressure" multiple people trying to work you over for every last dollar. It just is not that way at Hayes. I found the car I wanted online, gave the info to Bob. We took a test drive and he explained the features on my new car. Filled out a little paper work and now I am enjoying my new ride. Our experience was great. We had a older model van to trade-in and had a bit of negative equity left on the loan balance. Mr. Marlan Crawford and his team was able to work a deal that fit perfectly with trade-in and had a bit of negative equity left on the loan balance. Mr. Marlan Crawford and his team was able to work a deal that fit perfectly within our budget on a new vehicle, and the discounts/incentives “ate up” the negative equity that was owed on our van. I walked in Hayes Dodge and Chrysler looking to purchase a brand new vehicle. I walked in an meant a friendly sales guy, I told him what I was looking for and that I had been online looking and had a few em a brand new vehicle. He informed me that per their protocol I had to speak with whom ever was handling my information online I asked do I have to I would rather work with you so he checked with his boss and the guy was not there WOOOOOOOHOOOOO. It was him and I working together at that point and I was really happy b/c he was such a nice guy. We walked out on the lot an I showed him exactly what I was looking to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger black on black fully loaded an there it was sitting on the lot, we took it for a test drive and this guy really showed me the ins and outs of this beast of a car, I was ready to sign on the dotted lines after that test drive. Long story short the guy the awesome guy I keep referring to is BOB FRIENDLY BOB THAT IS! He was great I have never had a car shopping experience that awesome he was really there for all my needs I'm sending everyone I know who needs a car to FRIENDLY BOB and not for the referral fee but because BOB is really the best, I finished my paperwork and got the keys I was so excited and so was he I gave him the BIGGEST HUGE and thanked him and drove off into the night. I will never forget FRIENDLY BOB!!!! More

Rudest after sales I have ever experienced. Smitty in the Service Dept is very rude and not helpful at all. My buying experience was good, but the service after sale was the worst.
