My family has been using Hayes for a really long time. I decided I wanted to trade my Journey in for a Rendevous (I had had one before). It was exactly what I wanted and I wanted it really bad. No matter what I did this company did not want to work with me as they did not want my Journey setting on there lot. This was a used Acura dealer. I tried everything. My sister kept saying to go to Hayes to see if they would help me. I did not call them but she did and to make a long story short Hayes got me this vehicle. They were wonderful in everyway. I have known for a long time that this is one company I trust with my car. Their service department is just as great. I will recommend them to anyone for any service.
