Mr. DION GILBERT by far is the best, and most honest car sales man I have ever mat. He showed a genuine concern towards my husband and I shopping for our new Dodge Charger. Anytime I had a question or simply didn't understand something, he was more than happily to explain it to me. He was also very realistic to real life situation, and didn't belittle or make us feel embarrass about our situations. He is also very understanding, and passionate about his JOB, and not the MONEY. I say this because most car sales only care because they are paid by commission, however with Mr. Dion, he didn't show any desperateness towards selling us a car. He gave us time to think about the situation as a whole, and gave us time to make we were making the best decision. He wanted our car purchase to be one of the best decision we have made, instead being a burden in the future. I give Mr. Dion more than just 5 stars, in my book he get a countless number of stars, and if you are in the market for a vehicle, you would too give him a countless amount of stars as well. Our finance manger Mr. DEREK LANGLEY, was also a big help. He too, answered any questions and or concerns my husband and I may have had. He is very friendly and pleasant to be around. He went over our numbers over and over again until we both completely understood with any attitude or tension because we kept asking question, even if it was the same question or a question he had previously answered. He showed genuine interest towards helping us and getting us the best rate as possible. I really enjoyed our time we spent at Hayes, it was definitely an experience that would get countless stars in my book. He took the time to understand my needs from budgeting to practicality of the vehicle. When JP met my girlfriend and me at the door we instantly felt comfortable and welcomed by his demeanor. JP did a wonderful job and we would buy another car from Hayes directly related to the quality of sales representative that JP is. He wasn't pushy or overly eager just to make a sale, he wanted to make sure that I was happy not only with a new vehicle but with him and Hayes CDJ. JP didn't try to upsell me, in fact he let me make my mind up on whether or not I wanted extra features. He explained the ins and out of the vehicle and what features was available.
