First of all I would like to say that I have never had a better experience with a car salesman than JP Kim. This deal started out as an internet inquiry on a Friday afternoon and ended with what I consider better experience with a car salesman than JP Kim. This deal started out as an internet inquiry on a Friday afternoon and ended with what I consider to be the best new car purchase I have ever made exactly one week later. I live in East TN and the Hayes dealership is in Lawrenceville, GA, about a 3 1/2 hr. drive for me. I had completed an online Auto Trader appraisal for my trade, and a online finance application. With all that complete I could only hope the car would still be there when I could finally make it to GA. Luck held out and the following Friday afternoon I was on my way. I was really doubtful that evrything would go as planned with me being so far away. JP told me all was good and the car would be ready when I got there. When I arrived the car was ready as promised. They took at look at my trade to verify all was good from the online appraisal. In about one hour from arrival I was on my way home in a beautiful 2013 White Challenger RT!. Darius Jackson handled the finace paperwork and done a fantastic job. Carmax may advertise a no haggle price but let me tell you folks, so should Hayes! There advertised price was 4000.00 cheaper than anywear else I could find and the offer for my trade was more than fair so there was no need to haggle!! I would highly recommend The Hayes Family Dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
