My experience was very good due to how I was treated by Bob Hughes. It started with my initial phone call. He answered my questions and we scheduled a test drive. We worked on a price for my trade in and he came back with a price. He didn't play those silly dealer games which I hate. I met the sales manger and the F & I guy who were also very nice. I told them I needed to go over things with my wife and I would call them the next day. I called the next day and we agreed on everything so I came in and all the paperwork was ready and I was out of there in about an hour. This was by far a much better experience than I had with my previous car purchase at another dealer who I will never go to again and give bad ratings every chance I get. More
