However, when I walked in the door, I was blown away by the custom Sahara in the showroom and the Hayes team was extremely personable and patient, responding to my inquiries and indulging my Jeep fandom! With such great customer service and an incredible trade in value for my 2010 Wrangler, it should come as no surprise that I drove in to browse and drove off with a 2014 Wrangler! Of course, I am a little biased when it comes to Hayes because I bought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler from them, and they have been my service provider of choice for over 5 years! Purchased my second vehicle in 2 years from Hayes Dodge yesterday. Was concerned because my previous sales person was no longer there but through their internet sales met Royce Worley and all concerns wer yesterday. We were considering a couple of Durangos working over the internet and within minutes Royce sent a personalized video of both vehicles and descriptions! Once we decided on the vehicle, Royce assisted with the negotiation in a professional manner and helped us get the deal we wanted! Being from Birmingham, AL we were able to do the entire deal over the internet and phone (price, trade in, everything). We arrived and Royce had our new Durango ready and introduced us to Derek Langley in finance and the experience was top shelf again. He had everything ready and we were in and out of his office in about 10 minutes! It amazes me how this dealership can have the best price, best people and make you feel like a friend the minute you hit the door. To top it off, it was Halloween and we helped judge a costume and pumpkin contest! If you are in the market for a Dodge, I couldn't be more honest in saying Royce Worley and Derek Langley will make the experience what it should be. Fun, friendly and the best deal you can find! More
My wife and I found a nice certified pre-owned 2013 Chrysler Town and Country on the Hayes website for a great price. Within minutes of inquiring about it via email I received a response from Royce an Chrysler Town and Country on the Hayes website for a great price. Within minutes of inquiring about it via email I received a response from Royce and setup an appointment to come in that afternoon to take a look at it. I went into the dealership and met Royce. He was very friendly and explained all of the van's features and then we took it for a test drive. Afterward, I decided to move forward with the purchase and trade of my current vehicle. They gave me a fair price on my trade and everything went very smoothly with the purchase overall. In all I think this was probably the best dealership experience I've had and I've purchased quite a number of vehicles over the years. The people there are very friendly and best of all honest and the service and prices are second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely return to them for any future purchases. More
My experience was great! I spoke to JP Kim on the phone and told him I was coming in and interested in a van I saw on the internet. When I arrived JP KIm was busy with another client but immediately hande and told him I was coming in and interested in a van I saw on the internet. When I arrived JP KIm was busy with another client but immediately handed me off to Royce Worley who already knew why I was there. Royce Worley was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the van I was interested in. The process from the time I walked in the door until I drove home in my new van was about 2 1/2 hours. This was probably the easiest car buying process I have ever had. This is my 3rd Chrysler Town & Country van. More

I knew he had purchased a new car from them a few months earlier so i thought, I'll stop in and look around. Bob Hughes walked out and greeted me and honestly I thought " here comes more pressure" ( I had visited about 6 different dealers already and was tired of the phone calls, emails and "GREAT DEALS" I kept receiving. Bob was different...NO pressure, just information. Bob answered every question, explained how my trade- in would work and "listenened" to what I, the customer, was saying. We found the car that best fit our needs and budget. Bob walked us through the paperwork then we met with Derek Langley. Derek was just as friendly and professional as Bob was. He kept the conversation enjoyable, as he explained every line item on the contract, asking "do you have any questions". At the end of the process, we had found a great dealership, and met 2 Hayes employees that knew the true meaning of Customer Service...we are very pleased. More
