Even though I was car shopping for my wife for a Christmas present, he took the time to show me all the features of the Dodge Journey I was interested in. I told John I would bring my wife back in a few days for her to take a look at the Journey, but I already knew I was going to buy a vehicle from John Reyes and your dealership. This is my 4th Dodge since 2014 and it was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience in my career! I will be back and will tell all my friends they should check out Hayes Dodge before they buy their next car or truck! More
I went with this dealership because it was recommended by my credit company. The people were very friendly at first (of course), I worked with JP Kim who I thought was very accommodating at the time. But whe my credit company. The people were very friendly at first (of course), I worked with JP Kim who I thought was very accommodating at the time. But when the car started having problems two days later I started getting the run around being told the company couldn't fix it and I would have to take it else where... They became rude and very dismissive and I would absolutely NOT recommend them More

Royce was extremely detailed in assuring my husband and I understood every aspect of our (high tech) Chrysler 300 . We appreciated his effective, helpful, non-aggressive sales approach. I highly recommend any purchaser to request Royce Worley when the time comes to purchase their next vehicle. The financial manager, Mr. Darius Jackson, was also a pleasure to work with. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in explaining our purchase options. He was very helpful and completed our transaction in a smooth an timely manner. Five stars to Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and their team of professionals for a great buying experience. More

OMG! Hayes made buying a car too easy. Initially I was interested in a CPO car, which I found on AutoTrader.com. By the time the transaction was finished I had a 2014 for nearly the same price as the CPO interested in a CPO car, which I found on AutoTrader.com. By the time the transaction was finished I had a 2014 for nearly the same price as the CPO car. Being at Hayes was like being among family. I really appreciate the spirit of my salesperson and the business manager. Royce, my salesperson, focused on education about the car and my needs/desires. And, Darius, the business manager, gave me information and closed the deal fast (he didn't pressure me to buy extra services although he also educated me about them). I highly recommend Hayes. I will even make the hour long drive there to get my services. Everyone whom I encountered at Hayes has been phenomenal! More
Below is my original review when I purchased my vehicle in August 2012 before it was actually shipped to me. It seems as though I spoke too soon on this dealership, and will now clarify the experience once in August 2012 before it was actually shipped to me. It seems as though I spoke too soon on this dealership, and will now clarify the experience once they are "done" with you, and have gotten their purchase. I have realized that the treatment of which I received during the purchasing process and getting everything signed...was simply for them to get their buy. Once the vehicle was shipped to me, I immediately started receiving the most disrespectful treatment, no communication about any issues I had with the vehicle, and false promises. First off, the trucker that drove the vehicle from GA to VA, was very rude and made many racial comments. I could not believe that the dealership allowed him to be the face of the company especially knowing that, thus far, I have not physically seen or dealt with anyone the entire process due to purchasing and handling everything from a distance. So going through this was an impression on the company overall. While trying to inspect the vehicle (obviously since I brought from a distance and blindsided) the trucker was rushing me as if he was planning on just dropping off the vehicle and I accept it without annotating any discrepancies, just in case it was damaged en route. I noticed several hairline scratches and swirls on the car as if someone tried to buff and wax with debris on the pads. I also noticed the hood of the vehicle not being completely inline (there was obvious space at the front end like it was shifted somehow) Looked absolutely horrible...but this was suppose to be my brand new vehicle. I made sure to take pictures and also annotated it on the inspection form he had. He told me that he was not responsible for the condition of the car and that his job was only to deliver. He said that I needed to contact the dealership to get everything squared away. He had the nerve to even take pictures with his phone as if he was really concerned. He went on his way, and i immediately called my sales rep. Unfortunately, he was not available (how convenient, not available for the first time during the entire process of dealing with him) so I ended up getting transferred to Keith. Keith, seeming very apologetic for his actions, wanted me to forward him the pictures and also provide a detailed email on the incident for both his racial comments and the discrepancies I found. This i did immediately, not only through email, but also sent additional pictures directly to his cell. The end result after reviewing everything, Keith was able to get approved for the dealership to do one or two options to make up for the lost I would incur trying to get everything fixed. Keith stated that I could get the vehicle detailed to try and get the scratches out, I would have to pay myself, but send them the bill to get reimburse or they could purchase an accessory I would like for the vehicle that would be of equal value. He offered to order it and deliver directly to my house. After not wanting to come out of pocket first hand thinking that they would not return my monies, I decided to get the weathertech custom fitted mats for the vehicle and just have them send it. I went on the website like he asked to pick out exactly what I wanted. He told me that it should take about two weeks for the order and then to ship to me. Mind you, this was in August 2012. I contacted him several times thereafter once a month passed to inquire of the status, and he continued to inform me that there was a hold up but they should be in shortly. As I was preparing to deploy to Afghanistan in November 2012, I inquired yet again so that I made sure they were at least in by the time I left out of the country. I still to this day have all text messages from Keith regarding the status of these mats. I left without them coming in, and I heard nothing else from him. I spent nearly 5 months in Afghanistan, not having the vehicle or mats at the top of my list because staying safe out there was my priority. Upon arriving home in April 2013, I contacted the dealership to ask for Keith and found out that he no longer worked there. So they put me in touch with Stephen. I explained the WHOLE situation to Stephen, and even forwarded him the original text messages and all information from the initial situation. He informed me that he will look into it, and get everything taken care of immediately. Thinking that, finally, something will happen whether it were the mats getting ordered, the removal of the scratches getting paid for, and getting my hood fixed...I was wrong yet again. Stephen seemed very involved at first, but quickly stopped replying or getting back to me on the status of anything. He even took down my address and said that since the mats were promised to me (as he saw in the previous texts from Keith) that he would get these ordered and look into also getting a check sent out to me for detailing (scratch removal) on the vehicle. I haven't heard from Stephen since April 2013. I realized quickly that this dealership's main concern was selling me the vehicle, any issues or services thereafter was null and void. By far the most drawn out and worst customer service I have received. People will play their roles as long as it benefits them, but once you have an issue...all is dismissed. I will never buy from a distance so as to alleviate receiving something that isn't what you expected. I bought a brand new Dodge charger SRT8 (no average vehicle) I expected it to be near perfect. I wouldn't have walked off the lot with this if I was physically there. I should not have to come out of pocket to try and remove multiple scratches that weren't suppose to be there in the first place. This review was needed because I simply don't find speaking to anyone else there useful. I was here dealing with the crap, I left to serve my Country, I came back dealing with the same crap. Piss poor...so disregard the below post. More
Well, if you want a test drive where the salesman is surly and tells you how to drive (I am an ex-firefighter and and exceptionally safe driver), pick this dealership. I was at a red light for a left tu surly and tells you how to drive (I am an ex-firefighter and and exceptionally safe driver), pick this dealership. I was at a red light for a left turn and the left turn light turned green. I started to go and he yelled at me to watch out, it's a red light! Seriously. Then on the way back from my house to the dealership, he demands I take a road I don't want to take. Then while waiting for the person in front of me to go through the light he gets angry and starts to reach over to honk the horn. It was very offensive. He really sold me hard about a great feature of the car I was buying. Of course, he sells me on this by using chauvinistic examples (let's say you're in a hurry to get into the mall for a sale and you can't remember if you locked your car) - what? Okay, yeah, I'm female. Really? Is that what you tell guys? Anyway, got home and told my spouse all about the feature only to find it not working on the car. Spent 30 minutes with tech support only to find out it ISN'T AVAILABLE for my car. After telling the finance guy and the internet sales guy that I was really unhappy with my salesman, they proceeded to pretend to care and then charged me almost twice the going rate for the extended warranty. Nothing like pretending to take care of a customer while you laugh. I'll find another dealer for my next purchase. More
Daniel Nsabinla was great. He was patient, understanding and extremely helpful. He guided me thru the decision making process of purchasing a "good -reliable" vehicle within my budget.
