The most unprofessional and rude dealership I went into Hayes looking at a Jeep Patriot because we needed a small SUV that would fit my sons car seat and my daughters booster. We already had 2 I went into Hayes looking at a Jeep Patriot because we needed a small SUV that would fit my sons car seat and my daughters booster. We already had 2 cars so we figured we need something for road trips. My brother referred me to KJ Morton. We looked at Patriots but realized that would be too small so he suggested we look at Dodge Journeys because of the third row. We found one that I thought I would like despite the color. I was told it had XM radio and Bluetooth so I was happy with the features. I came back with my husband later that evening and KJ was busy with another customer so he introduced us to Royce Worley. We finished the paperwork and they brought us the car out and it was very poorly cleaned Royce apologized and told me to bring the car back the next morning. The next morning I brought the car back to the dealership and I noticed that I could find the XM radio. I asked Royce did the car have it and he said no. I explained to him that KJ told me it had it because that was one of the main features I was looking for because this is our "road trip " car. He told me he would talk to Kj and see what can be done. I came back later that afternoon with my brother because he was also looking to trade in his Ram for a newer one. I told KJ how upset I was about the radio and he goes on to say he didn't tell me that and I can just use the Bluetooth to play music from pandora. I don't know if he doesn't know the difference but Pandora is horribly annoying was not being able to skip more then a certain amount of songs at a time. I called him that next morning and told him how upset I was because this was a car that I had already had to compromise on because they didn't have the color I wanted. He informed me that he would talk to his manager and see what could be done. He called me back and says that they can order a kit that cost $600 and they would cover $300 if I covered the other half. I felt like they were trying to get over on me because I went on the XM website and the vehicle kit cost less then $100. I also told them that one of the perks of buying a new car is that you get the the XM free for 1 year. After going over the options of maybe getting a different car KJ brought Stephen McDonald a sales manager over to speak with me he sits down and starts to tell me that at least I have a safe car for my children (as if he was doing me a favor and that I was desperate for a car or something I have a loaded 2012 Buick regal so I clearly wasn't desperate) and that the XM shouldn't be that big of a deal and that we wouldn't get approved for a more expensive car and then he had the nerve to say that they had to already lower the price of the car in order for my husband to get approved. At the point I was livid and I told him that the price of the car was agreed upon before we even ran my husbands credit and he was lying and I wanted to see the paperwork that we signed on the price because that is the price I paid. He tells me No he isn't showing me anything what he is going to do is give me the XM receiver and walked away. KJ followed behind him. I couldn't believe. I was spoken to like that by someone with the title of manager. The next morning I called and spoke to Dusty Hayes and explained the situation and not once did he apologize for my experience or anything. He told me he would see what he could do. My husband then gets a phone call from the business manager telling him he needed to call Ally so that we could get another car. I was confused because I was wAiting on a call to see what our options were. I told them I didn't want his credit continually ran. I called the business manger never got a returned call so I texted Kj and ask what is going on he tells me the new car will be $150 more a month. I'm like I don't even know what car it is and the cost. I told him I'm defiantly not paying an extra $150 a month. And I go on to compliment him and thank him for his help. I go to the dealership the next morning with my husband and talk to Kj to find out why no one in the business department has called back and he begins to talk to me like he is annoyed. Once again I couldn't believe he was speaking to me like this. I have worked in customer service for years and I don't care how annoyed I am by a customer I would never be unprofessional and let them know it. At this point my husband sees how I am being treated and he is just ready to give the car back and be done with them. KJ tells him he didn't mean to come across as rude to me but he would get the radio taken care of as long as he called Ally to verify his information. At this point I feel like he was just trying to smooth things over because he needed him to talk to them to get the deal finished. Fast forward a month and a half later KJ texts my husband and doesn't even have the professionalism to call him to let him know that the XM receiver was in. Today I go in to get the part put in and they inform me that it will take at least 2hrs. I asked do they have a loaner or a rental he told me to speak with KJ. I walk in KJ looks at me like he was so annoyed to see me and like he doesn't want to deal with me. He doesn't even shake my hand and say hi or anything (I guess because he already got the commission from my sale he feels like he doesn't have to be nice anymore). I explain to him that I can't be sir and wait 2hrs for my car with something they promised me and he goes and talks to someone and he comes back and says he can't do a rental or a loaner I tell him I have never had such bad customer service because my GM gives me a loaner for an oil change. He says well (with an attitude) we can't do anything but reschedule and I tell him any off day can't be tied up with this dealership anymore. He looks at me like oh well and says have a good day and walks away. Then Nubian come up to me and asks what is the problem I tell him this is the worst car buying experience of my life I have bought 4 Brand new cars and my life and have never dealt with the level of disrespect I have at Hayes. He tells me he can't do a rental because it not something that will leave my car not running. I tell him I can't sit and wait 2 hrs on an off day I have to kids and I have things to do while they are in school and I shouldn't be inconvenienced anymore and how rude everyone has been through this whole situation. The. His whole vibe changes and he tells me you are the only rude person in this dealership and you are yelling. I tell him I'm not yelling he says yes you are and I'm not going to stand here and deal with you anymore I ask to talk to the owner he says you can leave him a note but I won't deal with you anymore have a good day and walks away. I was blown away that this whole bad situation has been turned around on me, I bought a car from them and they make it seem as though they have done me a favor in some way. I will not ever deal with this dealership again. My husband has to deal with everything from this point on. I have taken every Hayes decal off my car. I will not refer anyone else to this dealership. I left in tears because I was in disbelief that I was spoken to and treated the way I was. I regret everyday that I bought a car from Hayes. Please do your research because once they feel they made the sell they will not have anymore customer service for you. More

I needed an inexpensive, dependable used car with payments I could afford... and this was going to be my first car loan, so I don't have much in the way of credit history. I work part-time, but it's not like I have a huge income to rely upon. I looked at several places on the internet, but the interactions were so positive and they seemed to have several used cars that looked like what I needed, I decided to make the drive all the way across Atlanta (Canton to Lawrenceville) on a saturday. It was worth the trip. They treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot, when I was probably buying one of the cheapest ones. No pressure to buy more than I could afford, and the car I walked away with is absolutely fantastic. Finding a fair financing deal for a guy like me with no credit history (this is my first car loan) and only a part time income wasn't easy, but they kept at it until they got me a four year loan well within my budget and at a reasonable interest rate (8%). That didn't happen easily, but the guy in financing just didn't stop until he found it. My sales rep, Danny Suarez, was great. Answered my questions, was fun to work with, listened to what I needed and then found it for me. When I need my next car, I am definitely going back to see Danny. More

Purchase new van for wife I had been searching for a new vehicle for my wife for over a month. After checking around on the internet I narrowed my search down to a Chrysler Tow I had been searching for a new vehicle for my wife for over a month. After checking around on the internet I narrowed my search down to a Chrysler Town and Country. I found one to my liking at Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville so I started asking questions online to J,P, Kim internet manager who responded very quickly and was concerned about my questions and needs. After about two weeks of internet dialog my wife and I took the 40 mile trip to the Hayes dealership. I am 57 years old and have bought many vehicles over the last 40 years and with out a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. J.P. Kim was outstanding and went over and above to make us feel welcome and understand our concerns. Derek Langley the finance manager was also was outstanding helping us through the part of getting the finance part completed which I always found in my past experience to sometimes painful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Thank you so much Hayes in Lawrenceville Ga. My wife is a Happy Woman thanks to you and your staff. Thank You J.P. and Derek. P.S. it is true they do make you feel like Family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Bad customer service, friendly people Bought a used Chevy here. KJ was nice and outgoing, no issues there. Darius was nice as well and not pushy with any garbage add on finance charges. Mo Bought a used Chevy here. KJ was nice and outgoing, no issues there. Darius was nice as well and not pushy with any garbage add on finance charges. Most finance guys are pushy with that stuff, I understand that's how dealers make a lot of their money..but it should be a stress free environment. The problems came when everything was supposedly in order and I was told the buyers order was faxed to my bank with the info I provided. This was not the case.Over the next few days I was in touch with my loan officer at the bank who never got the buyers order and it had been 3 days at this point. She called several people at the dealership and left messages, not once were her calls returned. I eventually got involved and called multiple times as well and left messages, I never got returned calls either. I understand the dealership is busy, but you have to take care of customers who already purchased a car as well, referrals go a long way. I called KJ directly about a week later to get him involved, I was then informed that I should have the buyers order..which I looked and I did. I was never informed of this. It was supposed to be faxed to my bank. At this point Dave Vanwyen emailed me wondering where my check was. The buyers order I now found did not have my bank listed as lien holder on it..so that took another few days to finally get squared away. Luckily Dave took care of it for me pretty quickly and all is good now. It was just frustrating for no one to return my calls or my loan officers calls considering I just dropped 16 grand on a car at this dealership. Everyone was nice there but I felt it's a turn and burn atmosphere, once I buy the car I'm on my own. The non-returned phone calls proved that. I would love to refer the dealership for the nice people that work there but the poor customer service will stop me from doing that. More
