In fact he hooked me up with a vehicle that was even more loaded with the features than I initially thought.. now i know who o catch for newest RAM Limited 4x4 crew cab trucks. In short, he did NOT make me feel rushed, took extra time to explain it all. I bought a red xxxx Cat Challenger from this dealership last time, that also was a great experience. i am very happy that i moved away from BMWs to Dodge brand. Scott was so very quick to respond texts with meaningful info towards the deal to make the whole thing easy. Above and beyond customer service!!! Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to slight credit issues and being upside down on our trade they were able to accomodate us and were able to provide all the amenities that we wanted. We didn't feel any pressure and were left more knowledgeable than we had walked in. Scott was thorough in explaining the trucks features, and made it his mission to run around the dealership getting the model,/color/amenities/etc until we had smiles on our faces. Good customer serivce is hard to come by these days but Scott is 100% transparent and upfront with you..He knows that it isn't about just selling a car but building a rapport with his clients so that they come back to him time and time again.
