I was traveling back from CO to GA to attend a wedding and have my GPS repaired under my Chrysler extended warranty at Hayes. While there I met Dennis Chadwick in sales and we talked about cars and the great rebates and deals on a select 2014 dodge models. Took a test drive in a Dodge Journey Crossroad, fully loaded. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but I couldnt pass up the deal they gave me on my trade and with all the rebates and incentives, it made this deal a no brainer. Wife loves here new car and all the options. I was out the door in 2 hours with a new car. I would buy another car from Hayes b4 going to another dealer. great service and support. More

This was the first time I have ever had a sales person actually go over every inch of the vehicle pointing out features and explaining them. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and very easy to talk to. He went out of his way to work with us and to help leave last night in our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will definitely return to this dealership for service on both my Jeeps and any new vehicle needs. Hayes Jeep is luck to have this young man representing them. More
Will travel for great sales/cars! Hayes was the one of two dealers with a 2015 Challenger R/T. I did a lot of research on this car and knew I had to have one since Dodge announced the changes in Quarter 2. Hayes had the exact car I wanted, so I contacted Harrison Funk. He respected my communication method of email only until I was ready, which was MUCH appreciated. He was awesome from our first email through vehicle delivery. There was no need to haggle on the price or my trade or the new car. Everything lined up exactly as I expected it would from my research. Harrison knew A LOT about the new Challenger and it's features, and I have never had a sales person go over the vehicle in as much detail as he did... much appreciated!!! Nubian in the business office was straight forward, no fluff, and down to business with a great sense of humor. This definitely added to the positive experience. I drove from Alpharetta to Lawrenceville to complete the transaction because of the courtesy and professionalism I received instead of using a local dealership or having them acquire the vehicle from Hayes. Thank you Harrison, Nubian, and Hayes! Kyle R. More

After a bad experience with a dealership in Marietta, I contacted J.P. Kim at Hayes who had the Jeep that I wanted. The next day I drove up and J.P. introduced me to Royce Worley who made the purchasing experience easy and uncomplicated. Royce was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, walked me through how to use all the features and wrapped up the sale in record time. I could not have dreamed of working with two better salesmen and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram. There was no pressure, and there were no games. More
Every dirty trick in the book I made the mistake of not going with my wife with our 1 month old baby to the Hayes to look at a minivan that we found online at Hayes. First of all, I made the mistake of not going with my wife with our 1 month old baby to the Hayes to look at a minivan that we found online at Hayes. First of all, if you use a car buying service they show larger discounts on the perfect car they do not have in stock. If you find one close, their discount isn't as good for some reason. We identified a van in their inventory and spoke to the salesman that emailed us. We told him what our trade in was and how much we were looking to get for our trade. We have been looking at minivans all summer and have visited multiple dealerships. We have had several offers on our trade, so we already knew what we could get. This was all disclosed. My wife looked at the went out to look at the minivan and have her car appraised. When they came back to my wife with numbers they were way below where anyone else had come in. They started out with the KBB trade in value and then said they deducted $1,300 for the cost it would take to repaint the front bumper. The KBB value that was given already factors in the condition of the car, so you should not deduct the cost in addition to lowering the condition. My wife called me when they were going over the numbers because they were very different than what we had budgeted. When the $1,300 cost was questioned they told her it was the "retail value" of the repair. A sales manager later walked out to look at her car and said that it wasn't cost $1,300. We told them what our bottom line was on our trade. They came back and told us that they were able to come close and told us the "tax equivalent" amount. I did not pick up on what they had said at first, but there would be no difference in the taxable amount since we were both talking about trade in numbers. I thought we were close, but my wife told me what they had really offered. I told them that we would just sale the care so they didn't have to worry about it, to be told they couldn't give us the same discount on the T&C. She told them the bottom line and was ready to walk out. Magically, they were able to match the number before she left (about where other dealers had come in). We had already arranged financing, but we were told that we couldn't get the price if we did not finance through them and given a different price. We said we would finance through them, but they had to come in close to the rate we already had. If we can get the same or better rate and help them out with their incentives I am happy to do it. They came back with a rate higher that works out to us paying more interest that almost exactly matches the difference in price we were quoted. I don't think they would have tried to pull the stunts they tried if I was there, but a woman with a baby with a car with 2 car seats screams we really want a minivan. It upsets me that in 2014 car dealers still try to pull this on women. My wife can certainly handle herself, but I would rather her not have to deal with it. More

All I wanted was a margarita I woke up on a Saturday morning ready to continue my search for a new car but my only plans were at a Mexican restaurant later that night. Though I we I woke up on a Saturday morning ready to continue my search for a new car but my only plans were at a Mexican restaurant later that night. Though I went to other dealerships looking at several brands, my heart was & has been set on a wrangler for years. I originally found a great price for a new 4-door Wrangler that caught my attention & Harrison called almost immediately after my inquiry to see what I was interested in. Within a few minutes I had an email with different wranglers that fit what I was looking for. I was originally looking at used but after deciding to get out of ATL & outside the perimeter I was en route out to Lawrenceville for options of new & used. Arrived & realized I hadn't payed attention to the fact it was manual windows & locks (of course more of the wrangler feel, but not ideal for where I work). Harrison was able to find the exact same wrangler but with power in their storage area, aka brand spanking new & 1st to "test drive". Since this was my real "adult" purchase I needed to hear what my mother thought, & had some time to really think if this was what I wanted. Going from a paid off 2 door chevy cobalt to a 4 door jeep wrangler not only effects my gas budget but dealing with a car payment was a lot to think about. Plus at this time, it was about an hour & 1/2 before I had dinner plans for margaritas & Mexican food. After taking up about 90% of his day I knew this was what I wanted, we settled on a price & he was off to go get my new "tank". Royce took over for some of the paper work since it was quite late & than it was off to Derek for financing. I'm sure Derek & the rest of the staff could tell (& were probably ready too) I was ready to get the heck outta there & celebrate. Due to the lateness of the day & my unpreparedness of buying a car that day, I ended up not being able to take it home then & had to come back Monday morning, which brought my experience from excellent to good. Monday morning I arrived to my gorgeous new 'tank' detailed & cleaned, plus Royce gave me some pointers on how to take the top off & how he handles his doors as a fellow jeep owner. In short, the three guys I encountered the most were helpful & laughed with me throughout this (what I made a) tedious process. Thanks again for everything & first mod is already purchased & will be put in before the first car payment & birthday arrives in 18 days. P.S I did get that margarita that night, no stopping that!
