Amazing Dealership Experience So here's the thing, I had my eye on a TUNDRA that I had seen posted online and I knew the price couldn't be beat. That's the first thing about Hayes, is that they price everything fair. Well, after emailing Royce, to inquire about it, he hit me with the hard news that, that particular truck was already sold. But, he did offer to help me find something similar if I was still interested. Well, a few days went by and Royce hit me with an email telling me that the truck was back on the market because things had fallen through with the first customer. After that, I decided to come by for a test drive. Before I knew it, they had my financed and out the door with the vehicle I wanted. Derek in finance was just as helpful as Royce and answered all my questions promptly. Shop at Hayes! I never felt pressured. Never felt like I was being worked, and the entire experience was great from beginning to end. I'm sure everyone else is great, but you really want to work with Royce. More
