In a small amount of time, Dion reviewed my requests and was well on the way to determine my needs. I was given a road test even though the vehicle I desired was at the Baldwin location. Nice ride and all questions answered. I reviewed the finance portion with Derek Langley and we hit it off immediately (since I too work in Finance). After reviewing all options, I made the decision that was best for my interests with little fanfare. I've not purchased a vehicle in over 8 years and then I had the help of my husband. Now a widow, I was a bit apprehensive. But I was not pressured to purchase anything I did not want. Overall a great experience. More

We found a perfect match for me (for my budget) and getting my current vehicle traded in and purchasing the new one was easy and affordable. Derek Langley was fun to work with even though it was the finance department. They made sure the Jeep I drove away from the lot had all the proper maintenance performed and cleaned it for me. I thought the cleaning could have been better, but the important part was they made sure all the recalls were taken care of and the fluids/mechs were taken care of before I left. Thanks guys! More
