Easiest and Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience Ever! We are retired and had two Toyotas we really like. One night I got the crazy idea to buy a minivan and sell our older Camry because I'm getting tired We are retired and had two Toyotas we really like. One night I got the crazy idea to buy a minivan and sell our older Camry because I'm getting tired of renting a van every time any of my grandkids come to visit us. Plus we have discovered that we really enjoy taking trips in a minivan. So I immediately went to AutoTrader.com and searched the ads for a newer used Chrysler Town and Country since that's what we have always rented. I was especially impressed with the ads posted by the Hayes dealership and the incredibly positive reviews I was able to find for them. The next day my wife and I made an appointment to meet with J.P. Kim. In my many decades of buying cars, I have never ever worked with anyone as open, honest, and forthright as JP. We looked at several of the T&C vans in Hayes' inventory and chose one. JP was very fair in negotiating with us, and we drove our new van away just about 3 hours after we had arrived at the dealership. I am so pleased to have found Hayes and JP. Without a doubt, I will go straight to Hayes the next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle. It's just so refreshing to be treated with respect and, at the end of the day, to feel like we got an excellent product at a fair price. I could not be more impressed with Hayes and JP. More

I had seen that Hayes Dodge had a used one in stock that was in my price range, so as I had done with a couple other dealerships, I stopped by to take a look. I was fully expecting the same run around and pressure to buy that I had received at other dealerships, but I was very pleasantly surprised with John Reyes as he did not pressure, was honest, and sincerely wanted to help me find a new ride. I really liked the truck but was expecting the same low ball offer for my tacoma trade in that I had received at 2 other dealerships. Hayes Dodge surprised me once again when they offered me exactly what I was looking for on my trade with no hassle! Not only was working a deal with John a good experience, but he was very knowledgeable about the Ram I purchased and took 30 minutes of his time to show me how to operate all of the the touchscreen and unconnect features. A previous Dodge dealer I had visited did not even know the difference between and quad cab and crew cab, much less how to operate the radio. I highly recommend Hayes Dodge and especially John Reyes.
