Took my Jeep in for warranty work and was told it would take two hours. Got it returned to me in about one and a half house with all the work completed. Good job and quick service. Service mgr. a 0. We had a problem with our 2019 Ram 4 times. Each time it was checked and the on board computer showed no code for limp mode. The advisors can do nothing more without authorization from the mgr. If the computer produces no code then according to them and F.C.A. there is no problem. Went to arbitration and was told by the F.C.A. rep. in a very condescending tone that the truck was working to intent. She reminded us that the truck was under warranty, for what good that is. In the meeting we requested a co-pilot be installed until the truck failed again. Service mgr, Otts agreed. Day of installation Otts told the advisor we had 3 weeks and he wanted it back. He lied. Buyer beware. More
Service department plagued with rework. I purchased a 2015 Challenger Scat Pack in March of 2018. The sales and finance teams were great. I had a good experience that day. The first service person that I worked with tried to show me the active exhaust actuators (valves in the exhaust system in the rear) while on the ground under the front bumper. Each subsequent visit was worse. Out of the 5 issues that we've had with the vehicle there has only been one instance where it was fixed the first time and that was a recall so without an invoice or paperwork of any kind who knows what was done. I picked up the vehicle with the check engine light still on and it took me 10 minutes to find out from Chrysler customer service that an update was covered by my warranty. The service department had indicated that it was not. I took the vehicle back in after speaking with the service manager who is always polite and courteous with me. When I left the service department there was again no paperwork this time because the tech was "trying to be nice and get us out quick". He then had to add that they were going to wave some miscellaneous $23 fee as if that makes up for the $125 ticket for an expired tag. If the issue isn't resolved soon I'll have to pay for another emissions test. Hopefully, my car will be legal and road-ready soon. More

Service center issues and poor customer service My rear view camera went out in my Journey. I have the extended warranty and took it up to the local dealership Hayes in Oakwood, GA the beginning of My rear view camera went out in my Journey. I have the extended warranty and took it up to the local dealership Hayes in Oakwood, GA the beginning of October 2019 I believe it was Oct 4th. I was then told that it was covered under warranty and they're going to have to replace the whole radio. I left my vehicle at the dealership till Nov 2019 and had to call multiple times for updates. I was told by the service guy Nathan that he didn't have any information he could tell me. When I picked up my car i was told i needed to pay the warranty deductible of $100 before i could get it, even though nothing was done. I called the end of Nov and said that i needed to have a date because i am now wanting to sell my vehicle and not have a dodge anymore due to this huge inconvenience, Nathan called me back saying that the part would be in Dec 2nd. I waited all day Dec 2nd received no type of phone call, I then called in Dec 3rd and had to get transferred around because everyone was saying that my ticket was closed because i paid. I finally got a hold of Nathan and he told me that the part has not even shipped yet. No one has taken the time to reach out and at least let me know they're sorry for the inconvenience and that i hadn't been forgotten about, no one seems to care that the part has STILL not gotten in. I understand it's a part issue but the customer service is terrible. The Dodge Journeys have a lot of blind spots and without my rear view camera I am scared i am going to hit something. More
Went there last minute to make a future appointment for oil change, slow air leak tire and rotation and WOW....they said they could do it now if I wanted. Had to run home and drop off wife and came back ar oil change, slow air leak tire and rotation and WOW....they said they could do it now if I wanted.
