A month after purchase it started July 2019 - February 26, 2020. 1st I could not get Sirius Guardian to activate, a lot of finger pointing between Fiat/Chrysler and Sirius Guardian and never a resolution even when I traded it back in. I mean you expect everything to work on a ~$50k vehicle. The 2nd thing was a ~$1500 strut tower, This also took some time for Fiat/Chrysler to agree to pay for. Then I thought ok we are good. Then at 30,000 miles a new transmission and still guardian SOS & Assist are not working ... any way one thing after another, these gentlemen hung in with me through this all. These two will be my service people as long as I have a Jeep product. More

The mechanics understand car repairs are expensive and are quick to point out what must be done soon and what can wait a little while. This makes it easier to budget in costly repairs. They are polite, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The service waiting room is clean and as comfortable as one can hope for this type of facility. They are very clean about working on the cars, and never leave grease or grime behind them. More
