We were traveling on Highway 365 during a downpour. One of our windshield wipes broke and we were close to Hayes. Had a recall on my Jeep Cherokee, since then my car would shut off, wouldn't go into gear etc. I called them told them they said it wasn't their fault. 4 months later I was driving with kids in car and Jeep shut off, wouldn't go into gear etc. I called them told them they said it wasn't their fault. 4 months later I was driving with kids in car and Jeep xxxxs off and gives me dash message of same issue the recall was for(and suppose to have been updated or fixed) I called dealership the customer service said it wouldn't be till 8 days for them to see it I got it towed there, 6 days later they called and said it was a loose connection that couldn't be accessed unless someone was actually disabling wires. Which the recall was an update electronically, where they plugged the computer to the wires which was loose. 200$ later I got my car, with no gas, no windshield wiper fluid and 2 tires 15 psi lower..not sure what or where my car went but I will try another location from here on out. Shady place. More
I came in for an oil change but unfortunately I picked a day the dealership was short-staffed , the wait was going to be 90 minutes . I was going to have to come back another day. I was about to leave when my service advisor who greeted me Everton Brown had a quick huddle with some others and said he could re-arrange some other work and get me out in 45 minutes. I said great as I had some shopping to do across the way at Tractor Supply. He also suggested some eating spots for lunch, which I did. The timing was perfect , I had just finished my meal when he called to say my car was ready. It was 45 minutes . We recently had both my wife’s Mazda CX-9 as well as my Ford Taurus SHO worked on from deer impact. The workmanship was very good overall. I noticed that the white color of the bumper on my wife’s vehicle Ford Taurus SHO worked on from deer impact. The workmanship was very good overall. I noticed that the white color of the bumper on my wife’s vehicle did not match the pearlescent white that was on the rest of her vehicle, but she didn’t seem to mind. My Taurus black tuxedo color was matched perfectly and all work seem to be very well done. It is ironic that when I picked up my Taurus, the check engine light immediately came on and now needs to have engine work done when I had had no prior problems with the engine and it was not involved in the deer damage. Strange timing. More
This dealership has a terrible service department. They lack the proper communication skill between their employees. Starting with the service department manager and continuing all the way down to the pers lack the proper communication skill between their employees. I’ve purchased two vehicles from Hayes in the past ten years and will no longer be doing business with them because of this. More

My first visit for service , Brittany greeted me promptly and was friendly but efficient checking me in . I was only in for an oil change but was pleasantly surprised how fast I was ready to go !
