Worst service department We bring our dodge truck to get service just oil change and tire rotation.. Last time we came there was oil in our truck. This time I was leaving and We bring our dodge truck to get service just oil change and tire rotation.. Last time we came there was oil in our truck. This time I was leaving and my hub cap came off right before I get home which is over an hour drive. I have a lifted truck with special hub caps. I look at my tires and two of them are missing screws. I come back and they are telling me they don't have any screws. I said so what did you do with the ones that were on there and they have no explanation but called me a liar and said they didn't do anything wrong. For almost 6 years we have brought our truck here. It has only been lately that their service sucks. Not sure if it is new management or employees. We will be finding a new service department. They didn't even say sorry or offer me any compensation. Don't bring your vehicle here More

Chrysler I have been back and forth with my 2008 Chrysler. I have been tying to get them to fix it so I can pass emissions testing. Poor service work. We took our truck in for transmission work. After two and a half weeks we got the truck back. Two days later we brought it back in for the same issues. And again wait two more weeks. Now being told the parts from dodge they are receiving are bad. We got our truck back and guess what. It's transmission has failed again. We will not be taking the truck back to this dealership again. More
Great service, great followup but the work by the techs seems to be a little sloppy. Although the work is sloppy, they get the job done. You can usually tell what they have worked on afterwards due to seems to be a little sloppy. Although the work is sloppy, they get the job done. You can usually tell what they have worked on afterwards due to smudges, nicks and general lack of attention to detail. One good example is when you get a wheel alignment, the clamps they use to set on the wheels are either lacking in the rubber protectors or carelessly put on. I urge you to go over each wheel with the service adviser when dropping off the car and picking it up to assure that they are not dinging up your wheels. Also check your door edges with the service adviser at drop off as they tend to get nicked when on the lifts. After you get work done on your car, take a look at the work area, is it clean, are there any marks or scratches? If they took off your wheels, take a look at the lug nuts, are they chewed up? Also, check your floor mats, are there any greasy foot prints? Sure, I could bring this up to the service adviser and have my vehicle out of commission even longer, or spend a few minutes fixing these things on my own and knowing that it was done right. Otherwise, all work is done as promised, on time and the employees are very friendly which makes it hard to bring up stuff like this. More
