Oil change and tire rotation Took my Ram 2500 in for oil change. People were friendly and didn’t take to long at all. They said 45 mins and took about 55 mins. Not to bad. Only disappointment was they they did the rotation they didn’t check tire pressure so I had to add air to tires. Should have been an easy thing to check. All and all not to bad of a job. More
Went for recall and front end problem Had to call many dealerships to find one to do a recall on our 2006 Sprinter Van. They made an appointment to fix my schedule. We drove quite a long w Had to call many dealerships to find one to do a recall on our 2006 Sprinter Van. They made an appointment to fix my schedule. We drove quite a long way and were facing a 3 to 4 hour service time so they rented us a vehicle to shop and eat lunch while there. Preformed recall and fixed the issue with the power steering. The whole experience was easy, painless, and very reasonably priced. Would take my vehicle and business back there in the future. A big thanks to all the staff who assisted us that day! More

Another afternoon visit with the Service Center! Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in to have headlights installed. Arrived at 1:00 pm and left the dealership at 4:45 pm. This is how long it took to install 2 low-beam replacement bulbs. The service advisor seemed rude, short with my questions, very rushed, to busy to deal with me, and no one else was helpful either. There was only one car ahead of me when I arrived, and 3 cars behind me. They all were fixed with worse issues than mine before my car was looked at. I was the last customer to leave the service center building! There were 2 or 3 customers that just at random, came in while my car was just sitting and waiting to be worked on and they fixed all the other walk-in car repairs first. What in the heck is up with these people. Also, upon leaving the dealership, it was beginning to get dark. So I turned on the headlights during my travel home and I couldn't see a foot in front of me, mush less the other cars. The service technician had installed the new low-beam light wrong and it was so dangerous that I pulled the car over and let everyone else pass. So I am headed back there again on a Saturday to spend another day with them trying to figure out what the heck they did to my lights. Extremely bad technician service and awful service advisor service. This is my 3rd or 4th trip to this dealership with the same basic results every time, but with different issues. I would not recommend using this dealership, ever!!! More

I dropped off my wife's car and was told it would be 2.5 hours. I asked for a ride to work and told the driver to pick me up at 1:30. (HE WROTE IT DOWN.) I called to confirm the pickup at 1:15. I had a runaround to ask the question for the shuttle driver. When my call was transferred for the third time, no one answered after 20 rings. Naturally, the driver did not show up so I had to walk the 1+ mile to the dealership. No one offered an apology. I saw the shuttle driver and asked him why he didn't pick me up as requested He said the service adviser did not tell him to. Again no apology! More
Service Department I brought my 2010 Jeep Compass in for services and worked with Brian. To begin with he was very helpful and nice and when he saw that it was going to take longer than expected he called and got me a rental car and ate the cost which was great. We agreed that I would bring the rental back to enterprise at 9am which I did and enterprise would bring me back to Hayes which they did. When I showed up to the cashier she had no paperwork and I found out my car wasn't even half finished and I had 12 problems to be repaired and it would be 3 hours. In order to be able to arrive at 9am to pick it up I had to get another of my staff members to come in to cover for me until I could get back which meant I had to pay her overtime. So I had to get your person to drive me back to my office so I could work and pray that your service department finished before it was time for you to close because I didn't get off until 4pm. I would have appreciated if Brian or someone would have called me on Friday afternoon to tell me the car wasn't going to be ready on time so I could have made arrangements to keep the rental or something. Maybe Brian could have taken the time to call me about my car before speeding off on his vacation which he was so busy talking about. I am sure it would have only taken 2 minutes of his time and reduced my stress level tremendously. More
