Service center issues and poor customer service My rear view camera went out in my Journey. I have the extended warranty and took it up to the local dealership Hayes in Oakwood, GA the beginning of My rear view camera went out in my Journey. I have the extended warranty and took it up to the local dealership Hayes in Oakwood, GA the beginning of October 2019 I believe it was Oct 4th. I was then told that it was covered under warranty and they're going to have to replace the whole radio. I left my vehicle at the dealership till Nov 2019 and had to call multiple times for updates. I was told by the service guy Nathan that he didn't have any information he could tell me. When I picked up my car i was told i needed to pay the warranty deductible of $100 before i could get it, even though nothing was done. I called the end of Nov and said that i needed to have a date because i am now wanting to sell my vehicle and not have a dodge anymore due to this huge inconvenience, Nathan called me back saying that the part would be in Dec 2nd. I waited all day Dec 2nd received no type of phone call, I then called in Dec 3rd and had to get transferred around because everyone was saying that my ticket was closed because i paid. I finally got a hold of Nathan and he told me that the part has not even shipped yet. No one has taken the time to reach out and at least let me know they're sorry for the inconvenience and that i hadn't been forgotten about, no one seems to care that the part has STILL not gotten in. I understand it's a part issue but the customer service is terrible. The Dodge Journeys have a lot of blind spots and without my rear view camera I am scared i am going to hit something. More
Went there last minute to make a future appointment for oil change, slow air leak tire and rotation and WOW....they said they could do it now if I wanted. Had to run home and drop off wife and came back ar oil change, slow air leak tire and rotation and WOW....they said they could do it now if I wanted. Had to run home and drop off wife and came back around 3:15pm and they were waiting. Service Department did a great job that’s why I keep going back...........CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks More
Really excellent Customer Service! The Service dept and I had a misunderstanding about when I was supposed to pick up my car. Service was closed when I called at 7pm, but Sales jumped into action! The Sales Manager, Steven, spent an hour finding my car, my keys and my bill - which was zero dollars! He even offered to come get me at work. Definitely went the extra mile. This place has tunnel vision As far as the service, very forgetful, bad communicators, or lazy. They'll only address the obvious. Making them aware of an issue means nothing. I have had a couple of issues with the vehicle however Nick Colburn has made sure I have been taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about him. If it hadn’t been for this young man I would’ve never purchased a new vehicle from here. I had previously owned a jeep JK wrangler and had some issues and could not get help from a dealership that I purchased it from so I had called in and got Nick on the phone and he was the most helpful of any advisor I have ever worked with. He offered great help when nobody else would from the dealership that I bought it from so when it came time to buy a new car I went to this dealership and specifically requested him to be my service advisor. More

I must say Hayes has stepped it up in the service dept. Keith in service was always on the run trying to help people. Something has happened for the good because service used to be a mess there.
