This was a terrible experince from the beging starting with a sales person telling us he had a Dodge Ram for sale we saw on their web site. We traveled 2 hours to get there then when we get there the truc with a sales person telling us he had a Dodge Ram for sale we saw on their web site. We traveled 2 hours to get there then when we get there the truck had been sold Stacey told us probably the sales man did not know it had been sold Da thats a lack of communication witin the dealership plus Stacey also stated he would make it up to us. Well he did alright he sold my son a 2007 Black Dodge Ram with bad brakes. We could not get back to the dealership to get the truck brakes fixed so we had to fix the brakes our self. After sending a report and pictures showing how bad the brakes and rotors where worn and then I shipped the bad brakes to the dealership. They wanted to settle with us for $84.00 dollars. My sons life was at risk and my grandsons also and Hayes dealership could not man up and say they were sorry for selling a $17,000.00 truck with bad brakes. More
Our experience was GREAT!!! We test drove a couple of minivans & decided on the Red Dodge Caravan. We did go to two other types of dealerships to look at other minivan models/makes. But we decided that the Red one at Hayes was in the best condition for the prices they were asking. It had all the features we wanted, was clean, the sales people were very friendly & helpful. The dealership offered a "low-ball" number at first on our trade in but when they figured out we were serious "car people" they gave us a realistic trade in value & a great price on the van. Overall we are extremely pleased & I've already been reconmending people to come check out their inventory. Thank you...I love my new van :) More
My experience with Hayes was great.The operator connected me with Micah and he did an amazing job answering questions and giving me the information that I needed. When I got to the dealership Jimmy helped me me with Micah and he did an amazing job answering questions and giving me the information that I needed. When I got to the dealership Jimmy helped me because Micah was finishing up with another client. So I could tell then Micah was on his stuff. These guys have the best prices and they know it. I live in Lithonia, Ga. so it was a bit of a drive but well worth it. What's great is that I knew what I wanted and they showed me that and did not try to pressure me into something out of my price range. I highly recommend that you take the time to give these guys a chance. Another thing that made my experience great was that I looked online to find the car I wanted. Doing research prior to purchasing a car is going to be crucial to your time spent,experience and purchasing. More

I just wanted to take the opportunity to express both mine and my husband's gratitude for the friendliest and most professional manner your dealership extended to us. I personally spoke with Mr. Tucker on various occasions before coming to look at the vehicle and ultimateily purchasing the vehicle and I have to admit that purchasing a car at Hayes with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. We have bought SEVERAL cars in the past and your salesperson Mr. Tucker took his time with us and we were very comfortable purchasing this vehicle even before seeing it in person. He was very upfront and honest and the website had very clear and precise photos and a video for our review. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism. He introduced us to the Service Manager as well as everyone from Hayes that was behind our purchase. I can honestly say that although we live a little over an hours’ drive away, we would not hesitate to return to HayesDodgeChrysler of Gainesville, especially Steve Tucker, to purchase another vehicle in the future. We had been looking for a newer used car for our daughter and had narrowed down some choices. We went to Hayes and took a test drive on a 2008 Jeep Liberty. Woody was very helpful and made us feel welcome- even in the pouring rain. We felt that the quality of their used vehicles was outstanding. I also met the manager, Stacy, and he sat down to discuss options and pricing in a very open, friendly manner.
