We have every reason to give Hayes and the people we dealt with "5's" across the board. Tom introduced me to Tyler at the end of my first visit because Tom was not going to be there the next day. When I returned the next day Tyler was ready to assist me - we had a little more negotiating to do and a few items my mechanic said needed attension. Tyler very promptly got me answers and results. Matt made the paperwork process very quick and easy. Matt clearly explained the documents and the possible choices on financing and additional options. I could also tell that these three were not only business men, but family men, and that is important to know when I am dealing with someone.
