Jake was awesome. He was very prompt in contacting me after getting my information from my truck search. Got fair trade price for my vehicle. Salesman Clayton Wood did excellent job. Had three repairs to be made on vehicle which involved three round trips of 20 miles one way to do and hours to wait on vehi Wood did excellent job. Service Dept was poor in that they let vehicle go on lot with broken power mirrors, worn out brakes, and leaking power steering line. Discovered problems when getting tires at Kaufman's several days after truck purchase. Bottom Line; 1> Mr Wood did excellent job covering service dept's mistakes. 2> Hopefully, Service will catch up with Sales 3> With some reservation would recommend dealership. Overall a very good experience for me- my first time buying a car, on my own, from a dealership. Rubin in the finance department explained things thouroughly to me, and after some searching got me a good rate and good trade in for my vehicle. I felt like the price was fair, and have no regrets. There was a minor repair issue which was taken care of, and my vehicle was even cleaned for me when I took it back to be worked on. Thanks guys for making this a good experience for me.
