First, I was told over the phone that I would receive 4000 to 4500 for my trade-in. After I drove 7 hours to the dealership, because they had the best price, I was told 3500 because of a VERY TINY dent i 4000 to 4500 for my trade-in. Since they knew I wouldn't drive home empty handed they came up to 4000. The KBB value of my vehicle was 4975. I showed up at the dealership at 11am after leaving at 4am in the morning. The afternoon before I left I was told that the paperwork would be all taken care of except for the value of my trade, which was again, supposed to be 4000 to 4500. I was also told nothing about the fact that I needed an updated title showing my lien was paid off and that my lien release wasn't good enough. I got a sob story from the manager about how difficult it was for him to get a title for a different customers vehicle he had on the lot which led me to spend an hour on the phone with the lien holders while sitting in the dealership when they could've taken care of it themselves. Basically, it seemed that they were just being lazy. Mind you, this is after I drove 7 hours to get there. While I was on the phone with the lien holder, NO one decided they should get the paperwork together for me to sign. By the time they did, I was finally out of there by 2:30pm. A little simple math would show you I sat there and waited for them for 3 and a half hours, and I still had to drive 7 hours to get back home. While driving home I realized that the salemam forgot to give me my cordless head phones for the DVD players and the remote. I bought a Van. You would think in all THAT time they would have made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be before I drove it home. The only positive part of my experience is at least they didn't jack up the price when I got there. More

As we discussed prices and settled on a specific van and actual VIN # and after they had already ran my credit, Jerry comes back to me with the "oh wait you don't own a Chrysler?" so the price is going to go up by $1,000. After some deliberation we decided to go ahead even at the new pricing and I finally get a bill of sale. The next morning I'm informed that in order to get the financing deal I'm going to have to pay considerably more (even double) the amount of APR that I expected or that is comparative to local banks and credit unions. Ultimately it was one bait and switch after the other, poor communication and I would not recommend this dealer. More

Once we have narrowed our choices we then shop for pricing on both the new vehicle as well as the best price on our trade in. We always try to buy local first and we were very happy to find Hayes Chrysler of Oakwood to be our best choice for our last two purchases, the staff was very professional, they treated us right on both purchase price and trade in value and we got the vehicles we wanted. We would recommend Hayes Chrysler-Oakwood to anyone. More

I felt that I was treated with honesty and integrity, and that goes a long way being a single female walking on to a carlot. There are so many dealerships that give everyone a bad name, and I had many of those experiences before coming to Hayes. I have to say that Hayes is an exception, and by treating their customers right, I know that their business stands apart. Thank you again for the friendly and professional customer service. A good name and word of mouth goes a long way, and I do plan to refer customers to Hayes when I come across someone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
Hayes sales staff, sales manager and financing staff are professional and personal. They were very helpful in my purchase and I received a good discount on my new vehicle and a reasonable price for my trad professional and personal. Completion of the loan application and final purchase was quick and I received an excellent loan rate. IThe purchase negotiation was not a stressful event. He has been my salesman for all the years I've been living here. He has made it so easy and understanding of everything we have purchased. No preasure at all! He was very knowledgeable about everything we asked about the vehicles that we have purchased and he is very professional at what he does.But just finding out today Oct. 25 2011 that Steve is no longer with Hayes. I just want everybody too know that Hayes has lost a very good friend and great person. Not sure of what went on ,but you will be missed. I feel that there is not another salesman like him he is one of very few that has a passion too take care of the customer and too make things right. Tyler was very patient - he understood that while I was looking to buy a new car that I had to do so in my free time while the kids were at school. The end result is that it took 2 days and him driving to Lawrenceville twice to get the job done - I wouldn't have this car if he hadn't been able to do that. I also like the new 2 yr service contract that is offered with the oil changes. I must also say that this is the first vehicle of about 16 we've purchased from Hayes that we have ever bought the extended warranty and gap insurance - it was actually really affordable to do so this time. Ruben was very easy to work with and it was nice to meet Mr. Hayes for the first time. I like walking into a dealership and not being "bombarded" but able to really review my choices and have some quality time to make a good decision - especially given the needs I have to consider - things like a tow hitch and 3rd row seating are not wants for us but needs so that we can take all our children and the wheelchair for one of them with us wherever we go. Tyler was very patient throughout and that gave me time to really think through the options we had. We had looked at several other dealers and types of cars but somehow we always end up back at Hayes - this time my 9 year old found the right car for us online at the Hayes website! In the end, I'm extremely happy, my children are happy, and my wallet will be happy because I'm spending less on gas every week now. Thank you for another great experience Hayes! More

After settling on a price I was introduced to Matt, who was again, invoked a comfortable atmosphere while remaining very professional and focused on the business at hand. He was flexible when we encountered a slight problem and provided an acceptable and convenient solution. All of the staff that I spoke to were very polite and helpful and my overall experience with the dealership in general was a positive one. More
I recenly bought a Ram 1500 Quad Cab from Hayes Chrysler. It was not the closest dealer to me. I live in Dunwoody almost an hour away. I saw on the internet a truck I was interested more than $1,000 less than other dealers in the area. So I made an on line inquiry. I was contacted by Jake Cummings. I exchanged numerous emails and calls with him before comming up. Jake always answered the questions I actually asked instead of talking about other things to try to make the sale. As a result I eventually went up to Gainsville however by the time I got there they sold the truck I was interested in. They had another with the same package in a color I did not like as much. Jake and his manager talked to other dealers and found one in a color I liked better and traded for it and sold it to me at their original advertized price not the higher price of the other dealer. Although we did have to negociate on what they would pay for my trade Hayes Chrysler and Jake Cummings did not insult or over exagerate the faults of my trade like other dealers often do. We eventually agreed on a price for my trade and I made the purchase. When I went back to the dealership to do paperwork, Hayes Chrysler got me out in less than an hour. This was by far my best vehicle purchase experiance ever. More
