I purchased a $50000.00 vehicle on 24th of february for which I can not receive title. I am being lied to regarding when the documents were submitted to the state. One person told me the docs were submitte which I can not receive title. I am being lied to regarding when the documents were submitted to the state. One person told me the docs were submitted on the 17th of March (3 weeks after the sale)..and another person told me the docs were submitted on the 27th of march ( over a month since the sale). I can not resale this vehicle without title and the dealership keeps lieing about my title paperwork. Simply a horrible experience. More
Slimy Sales Tactics I thought to make a simple purchase and give the sales associate an easy sale. I researched the vehicle that I wanted to purchase and even had the LOT #s of the ones that I wanted to look at. I called and spoke with the sales manager about 2 weeks prior to my visit to discuss the vehicle as I was only willing to pay a certain amount for it and would he agree to the price that I was offering(which was I was not willing to pay more than $18,000). HE AGREED!!! So off I went with the lot #s in hand to make my purchase with no hassle. Got to the dealership and met with the sales associate, I explain that I had spoken with the manager and that he had agreed to no more than $18,000. He of course went to check and came back and said yes that is what I had been told and that it was fine. I then told him that I had my own financing, that is when it all went awry, he explained that I would lose one of the incentives so it would be $1000 more. Well ok, a bit of a let down but still lets proceed. He then starts with the, "Oh, you will get a much better deal if you finance with us". I said no, $19,000 was fine with my financing, and again he starts about their financing, he then is going to print out both and let me see how much I would save. He brings the print outs to the desk and the starting price was the same but that was it and it theirs wasn't the $18,000 I had been told nor was the "cash" the $19,000 I had been told it would be. When I questioned it, he then says (not even 10 minutes later) that the manager had not told me $18,000. At which point I questioned the other that was supposed to be $1,000 more and it was $3,000 more. He had no answer!!!!! So needless to say, I left without purchasing and I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of how I was treated. It saddens me greatly that when my boyfriend purchased his their less than 3 months ago from the same associate he was treated with respect and had no arguments with the same set of rules (i.e. this is what I will pay, we can do it or not). To think that women are still treated differently by car dealers is a very sad thing in 2014. Especially since I am well educated in my cars and how to even fix my own!!!!! More
I checked out 3 dealers near my home including Hayes and received very different results. John initially worked with my wife to help her identify a vehicle , pick out colors, and demo the vehicle capabilities. Within a few days ,we got a call saying the exact vehicle she wants is available. At no time did the dealer try to "move" the lot inventory, they simply found the car my wife wanted. I got involved during the purchase process which was a one and done experience, no haggle. John then spent more time with my wife explaining any remaining questions about the car post purchase. I noticed he handled several other customers while with us in a seamless way that took care of his other customers without interrupting our transaction. Very professional. From a deal perspective, be weary of discount prices tied to financing. At Hayes I got the full discount plus market financing. For my finance amount, every point would swing the cost a 1000 dollars. Other dealers were essentially eliminating the discount by taking back in the finance office. The finance mgr who was also good , took my 1.9 ask and bettered it to 1.09 using their contacts, I brought 1.79 into the dealer from my source. Tyler Boucher was the sales person that helped me. I have had a lot of cars/trucks in my life and never have I had anyone spend the time to show me first what is available, but after I ordered a new Jeep Che had a lot of cars/trucks in my life and never have I had anyone spend the time to show me first what is available, but after I ordered a new Jeep Cherokee he called during the phase of building to let me know what was going on. When it got in he check it to see if the car was ok. Then when I picked it up he spent a long time showing me how the different features worked as there was a lot of new things to this car. Tyler is a rare salesman he cares he is not pushy, and he is helpful. And mentioned that if there is anything he can do to help now after I bought the car to just call him. So when I get ready to trade I will come see him as I was entirely pleased. Linda White More

Our salesman, Josh Ayub, gave me a quick response on an internet inquiry. He continued to stay in touch until we visited the dealership. Then when it came time to finance, Ruben Jimenez, made several calls to get us the best rate and monthly payment. We really liked the "small town" feel from this large dealership. Absolutely the worst possible experience. Borders on fraudulent. Completely misleading. The next day, there were numerous delays in preparing paperwork and, ultimately the salesperson admitted that the managers did not like the deal that was agreed to (notwithstanding it being in writing). The manager then called to say they would not agree to the deal since they would not make any money on it (a failure on their part), and then saying that the salesperson who agreed to the deal did not have authority to do so (another failure of the dealer). Ultimately, they tried to renegotiate on price. And would not honor the agreed upon deal. I am in the process of providing Jeep with record of the written conversations, and can only hope that in the interest of all customers, the franchise gets taken away by the manufacturer. More
Great service, great followup but the work by the techs seems to be a little sloppy. Although the work is sloppy, they get the job done. One good example is when you get a wheel alignment, the clamps they use to set on the wheels are either lacking in the rubber protectors or carelessly put on. I urge you to go over each wheel with the service adviser when dropping off the car and picking it up to assure that they are not dinging up your wheels. Also check your door edges with the service adviser at drop off as they tend to get nicked when on the lifts. After you get work done on your car, take a look at the work area, is it clean, are there any marks or scratches? If they took off your wheels, take a look at the lug nuts, are they chewed up? Also, check your floor mats, are there any greasy foot prints? Sure, I could bring this up to the service adviser and have my vehicle out of commission even longer, or spend a few minutes fixing these things on my own and knowing that it was done right. Otherwise, all work is done as promised, on time and the employees are very friendly which makes it hard to bring up stuff like this. More
