Seamless; deal couldn't be beat. He found a used one at a really nice price, but I then thanked him and told him we had some more research to do. My initial plan was to then go and scope out options at CarMax, but when I looked at the inventory online both locally and within 50 miles, all of their inventory had more miles and were higher priced. I then called Vince (we had gone home instead of CarMax based on the limited alternatives that I saw on the internet) and, not wanting to risk losing the one, used car at the great price, told him we'd take it. Took a few hours to get our minivan ready just in case trading it in was a viable option, an it turned out to be a good move for us and about nine hours after "just going in to take a look," we're the owners of a slightly-used, but much better than our previous, Dodge Grand Caravan. Would definitely recommend Vince for sales and "John Q" for discussing financing options. More
