Do Your Research I began researching for a new vehicle in January 2017. I have driven a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport, which was purchased new at Hayes-Chrysler Dealership i I began researching for a new vehicle in January 2017. I have driven a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport, which was purchased new at Hayes-Chrysler Dealership in Gainesville, GA. I was determine to keep the Liberty until it began to indicate upcoming issues. I had noticed the transmission slipping some and had performed the general required maintenance, but at 222, 000+ miles, I knew I was approaching the need to find a new car. I had found several Used Jeep Renegades online, but each one fell through when it came time to test drive the cars. After one of those disappointments, I decided to drive through the new car section at Hayes. I had seen a new add online, and I thought it would be worth asking about the Renegade I wanted. Jason Pirkle was an incredible asset in making this experience painless. I test drove a new car that was only $3000 more than a 2015 I had looked at used. I chose to purchase the new Renegade, and I am excited to put another 222,000 miles on this new Jeep. Super Duper I first looked on the internet to compare the vehicles I was interested in; 2wd truck, crew cab, and leather. I have had just about every type of vehicle from a 66 VW to Corvette/Jaguar and all in between (i.e. Camry and Maxima). I can say with true experience and wisdom, the experience with Hayes Dodge was superb, but Mr. Tyler Boucher put the icing on the cake. I could not ask of Tyler to do anything more to make my purchase a truly enjoyable process. As I told Tyler and his sales team, I will purchase my next vehicle through the Gainesville Hayes facility without hesitation. There are many dealerships out there, but Hayes Gainesville truly exhibits the hometown feel of working with a friend. To summarize, I have recommended Tyler of Hayes Gainesville to my family.
