Do NOT buy a vehicle from out of state. They misrepresented the condition (both interior and exterior). I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in an online purchase. The vehicle was described as being put through an extensive mechanical and cosmetic inspection before being sold. I received the vehicle an purchase. The vehicle was described as being put through an extensive mechanical and cosmetic inspection before being sold. I received the vehicle and noticed that there was an issue with the steering and suspension. Tried to reach out to the salesman and sales manager to see if we could rectify the situation. I was advised that there was nothing that they could do for me. So now I’m stuck with an unsafe vehicle for my family to drive. Local Chrysler dealerships have quoted me over $1000 in repairs that maybe needed. This is very disappointing and I feel that I have been taken advantage of and my family’s safety put in jeopardy.
