they promised me a better price; didn't happen I was looking for a minivan in early December. I was told by sales consultant that the dealership could beat a competing dealer's price by $500; inste I was looking for a minivan in early December. I was told by sales consultant that the dealership could beat a competing dealer's price by $500; instead I paid $500 more; at the finance meeting, i didn't have the sticker price in front of me to notice that the sales price was only $2,500 less; I was promised that the sales price would be $3,500 less; I thought I was signing the paperwork that reflected my understanding that the price would be $3,500 less; MY MISTAKE. I didn't notice this until after the new year. Since I have the text messages we shared leading up to my visit, I contacted him about the dollar figures. HE HAS NOT RESPONDED. I AM NOT SURPRISED, BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED. If you decide to buy from hayes, please make sure you have all of the figures - in fact, take pictures of sticker price and any agreed finance arrangement you made beforehand and with each hayes employee with whom you spoke. I paid off the car in 3 months instead of 72 so that finance charges of $4,000 will be eliminated More

I said we have bought 20 plus cars here and he said nothing x 20 is nothing. I just let it go but I assume there is money being made or Hayes would not sell the cars. Either way it was just negotiation. He seemed to take it personal. I love Hayes and Vince. This is just food for thought. More

Excellent Business, Superb Service I have been to many many dealerships in the past. Never seen any car lot such as Hayes in Gainesville.
