This is my second purchase from Hayes CDJ of Gainesville. Once again, it proved to be a positive experience. I had visited at LEAST four other dealerships and had been in contact with approximately seven dealerships total in an attempt to find the best deal. Let's face it. We work hard for our money and we certainly want to get the most out of our earned dollars. (They are also working hard for their money and need to make their living as well). Once again, Hayes came through. The staff is always courteous and easy to work with. They're not aggressive, they're not pushy. My salesman (Jonathan Varner) was amazing. I know I probably irritated him, but he remained professional, courteous, and when all was said and done...it was his good attitude, and his efforts to get the deal done that had me return (in addition to a great deal on my choice of vehicle). On a side note, John Quante, the finance manager, made the transaction entertaining and painless. In fact, I don't recall EVER having THAT much fun signing documents. Hayes is truly a great dealership operated by great people. Just know what you're buying, research your vehicle(s) of interest, shop, and compare, and you'll no doubt have the same great experience. Fantastic!!!! Even though I bought my Jeep at Troncalli. I had a bad experience with their service, so I changed to Hayes and have been going to Hayes with Brian be Even though I bought my Jeep at Troncalli. I had a bad experience with their service, so I changed to Hayes and have been going to Hayes with Brian being my service advisor for the past 15,000 miles. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Brian is a very awesome,caring person with a great personality and will do everything he can to make your experience great. He’s always working my car in to work with my schedule. I will continue going here and will never go to Troncalli agin nor will I buy a car from them as well. More

With other service centers, it seems there were more problems with my vehicle when I left than when I arrived, but not with Hayes Chrysler! Each time I have visited, I drove away in a Jeep I knew was well taken care of. The prices of service are very fair, and the customer service is exceptional! More

Excellent Dealership I visited the dealership earlier in June on the recommendation of of my son in law. I had looked at a couple others but they were to big or too busy. I stopped by and Ramone Rowe spent time going over the new Ram 1500 and even had me test drive the new Ram. He had no idea if I would come back. However I did and bought a new Ram 1500. I was pleased with with everyone in the dealership. Everyone made you feel welcomed and not just someone there to buy a vehicle. I would strongly recommend Hayes to anyone looking a vehicle. More

Tracy is the best! Seriously, ask for Tracy when you go. I have been to many dealerships and had plenty of pushy salesmen. I hate pushy! My boyfriend and I went to Hayes in Gainesville and Tracy came out and greeted us. I told her what i was looking for and the price range and she showed me only cars that fit that criteria. We spent at least 2 hours there with her looking around and test driving. The time we spent talking to her was so pleasent. She was very helpful and very nice and not pushy. It felt like we knew Tracy for years. They had a lot of nice cars on the lot. The office was nice and clean and the other employees there were very nice. Once I fell in love with the 2015 Dodge Dart i was done. Tracy rushed around to get my new car detailed and put gas in it for me while John wrapped up the sale and had me do paperwork. John was able to get me a loan with a different lender which worked in my favor because my monthly payments were almost $100 less a month than i had planned for! Thank you John for that. After i was done with paperwork Tracy walked me to my new car and walked me through some stuff. She even offered to set up my bluetooth and answer any questions i had. She took a picture of me in front of my new car and text it to me. What blew my mind was that she isnt usually the one who comes out and helps the customers. she does more of the online stuff, maybe thats why she wasnt so pushy and very easy to talk to. Overall my experience was amazing! If i ever buy a car again I will be coming back and dealing with Tracy. More
