After 4 Business days they still had not even looked at the vehicle. After many calls they finally said they replaced the rear shocks and we were ready to go. This was day 8 and they knew we needed the car back to go on vacation. Well, after picking up the car the noise was still there. But believing they did the work they said they did we went on our trip. The noise got worse and we decided to go to a different dealership. Low and behold the Shocks were never replaced. HAYES not only lied to us, but put my family at risk. After speaking with the service manager we cannot express it enough how dishonest and unprofessional their service dept. is. Stay away! I wonder if they billed Corp Dodge for the warranty work they never did? More

Salesperson dropped the ball & it wasn't even New Years Eve! I was interested in purchasing a new RAM Limited from Hayes. Days have gone by and I still have yet to hear from anyone associated with this dealership, including the salesperson. The customer service is appalling. I guess they aren't interested in selling a truck? I would never recommend purchasing from this dealership. Very unprofessional. It should be no stars. More
