Really excellent Customer Service! The Service dept and I had a misunderstanding about when I was supposed to pick up my car. Service was closed when I called at 7pm, but Sales jumped into action! Though the idea of possibly purchasing a new car was exciting, the impending time having to deal with a salesperson was not something we were looking forward to as we drove to the dealer. I had previously owned a jeep JK wrangler and had some issues and could not get help from a dealership that I purchased it from so I had called in and got Nick on the phone and he was the most helpful of any advisor I have ever worked with. He offered great help when nobody else would from the dealership that I bought it from so when it came time to buy a new car I went to this dealership and specifically requested him to be my service advisor.
