I own a 2004 Jeep Wrangler JT with 17,590 miles on the odometer. It was not running well. It was diagnosed with a faulty PCM and a defective coil affecting the 1st cylinder. The dealership had difficult odometer. It was not running well. It was diagnosed with a faulty PCM and a defective coil affecting the 1st cylinder. The dealership had difficulty securing a NOS PCM and were forced to send the vehicles original PCM out for repair. There were two unsuccessful attempts to get it repaired over a period of a month. On the third attempt with an independent repair shop the PCM was repaired. Upon further diagnosis the coil problem was confirmed. Although many days have passed, I am happy to report that Rick Gerace, the shop service manager, was on top of this service and the Jeep is now running great. The service technician was outstanding and was able to diagnose and repair the final "no start" problem with the electrical system of the vehicle. I'll be back when I need more expert service. More
