Service The only reason I don't give them a zero is because there is not one.I took my Dodge Caravan to them to be worked on because they were a dealer,and I The only reason I don't give them a zero is because there is not one.I took my Dodge Caravan to them to be worked on because they were a dealer,and I thought their mechanics would be trained.Nothing could be further from the truth.They kept my van for 10 days,and every day I was told that it needed a different part.They changed numerous parts that was suppose to be the problem,and each time it didn't help,then it would be a different part that it needed.I was charged almost 2000 dollars and my van runs worse now than it did when I took it to them.They wanted to continue trying new parts to see if it would help,their next try was going to cost another 700 dollars,and I told them no.They didn't even want to talk about the fact that their mechanics had done 2000 dollars worth of work and it had helped nothing.All they would say,and when I say they , I was talking to Chris the service manager, was that they wasn't sure what was wrong.But I wasn't told that until after the first 2000 dollars worth of work was done.He said that they would have to keep trying different things.I call that part swapping,not mechanic work,I could watch youtube videos,and swap parts myself until I finally get the right one.They were the most uncaring,unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with.It's a shame that people like them are in business ,all they did was take advantage of me.I don't see how people like that sleep at night,it is no different than stealing from someone.They are not only a terrible business,they are terrible people,of course I am only speaking about the ones that I dealt with.They have a very smug and arrogant attitude,one of those I can do whatever I want to and you can do nothing about it type.Usually this type of attitude is passed down from the leaders, because if you don't do your job we will find someone who will.My grandfather always told me that you can judge a mans character by how he treats his fellow man.The character that I saw leaves much to be desired.I'm sure this will be deleted,but maybe it will be up long enough to warn at least a few people. More

Excellent with one exception Salesperson K2 was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership was very un-flexible with it's pricing compared to factory installed. Cost is almost double for only part of the factory option. If it wasn't for the salesperson and the fact I did like the vehicle I would have walked out. Also, it took a very long time to complete the transaction. More

Beware of this dealer! The only reason that they get one star is because there is no option for zero stars. My husband and I began our experience there with asking for more information on their website. The star is because there is no option for zero stars. My husband and I began our experience there with asking for more information on their website. The person that I spoke with would not help, but kept insisting that we come in. I made the trip up there ( over an hour) and was told that the person that I spoke with was not there, so they handed us over to another salesman that had no knowledge about the Grand Cherokee that we wanted to see. In the meantime they evaluated our car. After test driving the car the salesman asked us to come inside where we waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us that our car was worth $3,500 less than what we were told by another dealer. Needless to say, we did not accept their offer, and when we told the salesman that they were not even close, he said maybe he could get us another $200, if it would make it work. He even gave us the, it won't be around long, speel. What a joke! Stay away from this dealer! I guess that they think if you drive all the way to Baldwin that you are desperate to buy. More
I called ahead to make sure that somebody is gonna be there waiting on me as i live 2 hours away and i was coming from work at peak traffic hour. I was basicaly told that if i dont make it there before c there waiting on me as i live 2 hours away and i was coming from work at peak traffic hour. I was basicaly told that if i dont make it there before closing time I'm outta luck. And that was just the beginning of terrible and I mean WORSE customer service I've ever had. I'm not buying a pair of socks here, I'm about to shell out $$$ for a car and he acted like he has no interest whatsoever in making a sale. I told him i was going to put down half of what the car is worth in CASH and he still wasnt willing to work with me on the price even a lil bit. I loved the car but was not happy with the engine performance/size so if I have to put up with having to floor the pedal everytime i drive i wanna get a better deal on the car to justify the hassle. I had a feeling the car didnt have a lotta buyers anyway and was sitting for a good while there i think he should have jumped on the offer but instead he acted like i was taking his time from the moment i walked in the dealership. No sales skills whatsoever, i think he is in the wrong business. I never write reviews especially bad reviews, but i was just shocked. And reading some reviews on here about the dealership i can see that I'm not alone. I guess I just got a wrong guy there and the dealership lost a potential customer. More
they wasted 3 hours of our time and promise/guarantees us things and we called them and they would not call us back..
