I came in a second time to get my car serviced the only thing the guy was wearing about was my Freon being short and me paying the difference and the question was why is my Freon short when I have no leak thing the guy was wearing about was my Freon being short and me paying the difference and the question was why is my Freon short when I have no leak in my system it's supposed to change my compressor everything got approved but the only thing he was worried about was selling me more Freon and I took my car and I left because once again I felt that I was being taken advantage of again for a second time and I will never bring my car back there again to that dealership because they always trying to upsell you instead of you instead of fixing a problem and then on top of that my purge valve that they put in 2 years ago refuse to accommodate me and put a new one in when they did the work and it went bad two years later so I will never bring my car back there again the worst dealership that I ever been to More

Called Hawthorne Chevy Service department at approximately 12:30 pm on Tuesday explaining my battery died and could they make arrangements for me to come up ASAP to have it replaced. The girl in approximately 12:30 pm on Tuesday explaining my battery died and could they make arrangements for me to come up ASAP to have it replaced. The girl in service put me on hold for a short time and the said to come up to see Service manager Mike. I arrived about 1:00 pm and Mike filled out the work order and the battery was replaced with a new one in less than an hour.. Was extremely happy with the service I received on such short notice.
