Safety Recall My daughter brought my Chevy Trax in to perform a safety recall fix. The work was started on time and done professionally. The only problem was the am My daughter brought my Chevy Trax in to perform a safety recall fix. The work was started on time and done professionally. The only problem was the amount of time it took to complete the servicing. She was told it would take about a hour to at most 1.5 hours. It wound up taking about 2.5 hours, which caused her to be late for another, important appointment. The service may have taken longer because they also did a 27 point inspection. However, if that was the case, she should have been so advised. More
