Very happy with the service I was provided for a VIP which I was supposed to be a VIP to get my tire service done immediately because I was pressured for time and had to rush back and barely get back to my job I was supposed to be a VIP to get my tire service done immediately because I was pressured for time and had to rush back and barely get back to my job and no one took the opportunity or caring to care that I had to get out right away sorry I'm not happy after coming there and Leasing four vehicles from this dealership I thought the service would have been a lot better was not happy have to think about coming back as a regular customer. Extremely disappointed The service manger was great but the service was not. I rated my experience as a 1 because your system wouldn’t allow me to leave it blank. I brought my car in for its first service ( I only have had the car for about 4 months). The service department rotated my tires but didn’t bother to check my tire pressure which upon checking was below the PSI requirement of 35. I filled the tires myself because I couldn’t bring it back for them to fix it. Secondly, the service person who was working on my didn’t bother to change his gloves or wash his hands and got oil all over my light gray headliner. When I called the General Manager Mike of the dealership to explain, he did not call me back. It took 3 phone messages and more then 24 hours and a call from someone else at the dealership to get a call back. I also texted Keith who sold me the car explaining the situation and he never responded... when Mike did call back, he did not offer any apology for what happened, he just said we will detail the car... needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department and I expected better treatment and respect as a first customer and Chevy lessee. More
