Lack of communication. Kept my vehicle way longer than needed. Prices were outrageous. Was told to drop vehicle off on a Monday and they would get right to it and didn’t have it back for a week. Disappointed that engine flaw caused my engine to fail. At 91,000 I feel GM should have replaced my engine.
