Made an appointment for my work vehicle. Dropped it off the night before so that I wouldn’t cause any delay. Called at 3pm to see if the van would be done that day and the vehicle hadn’t even be been loo the night before so that I wouldn’t cause any delay. Essentially lost an entire day of work because I didn’t have my vehicle and to not even have the service done makes it twice as bad. I’ll never use Hawthorne Chevy service again.
