Took my car in for service. They don’t have loaners. The truck had a shake when you accelerate the problem I was told was with the type of fluid they put in at the factory. So they changed the fluid told me it was under warranty then called me back and said it wasn’t. Although the bumper to bumper warranty had expired the powertrain warranty was still good. Although they agreed the transmission is part of the powertrain the repair was part of the bumper-to-bumper which made no sense.
