Used to bring my truck here every 4-5k miles for service. Found out yesterday that they hadnt rotated my tires in about 4 or 5 service visits. Advisor awkwardly laughed when I brought up this point. Customer service needs a little bit of Improvement. For some reason they never take my coupons that are mail to me from the dealership. Last but not least if I am paying over $100 dollars to get an oil cha some reason they never take my coupons that are mail to me from the dealership.
