The service person never completed the job on my car. I had a tire with a ski leak that needed to be patched. It never was patched. I paid $79.00 for nothing. The cheated me out of my money. They did not honor their tire installation. I called the manufacturer of the tire and it appears to have been an issue from when first installed. I’ve contacted the service rep, the service manager, and gen manufacturer of the tire and it appears to have been an issue from when first installed. I had a mixed experience with this team. Generally I think they run a solid operation, but with the COVID factor, parts were back ordered and my service dragged on for 3 1/2 months. I had bad diesel wh think they run a solid operation, but with the COVID factor, parts were back ordered and my service dragged on for 3 1/2 months. I had bad diesel which required basically a rebuilt engine. Fine - it was a lot of work but when I finally picked it up, it only had 1/8 tank gas, the check engine light came on almost immediately along with a a low coolant level and there was a newly acquired vibration. Felt like they could have been great, but their customer service definitely needs some work. Their communication was weak and left me feeling like a low priority. These issues held them back from a higher rating from me. Wish it was a better experience for all our sakes. More
