It was a great experience coming to hawthorne Chevrolet service department. They took us in even though we purchased our traverse from another dealership. I always purchased my vehicles from Hawthorne Chev service department. They took us in even though we purchased our traverse from another dealership. I always purchased my vehicles from Hawthorne Chevrolet but they didn't have the traverse we wanted in stock. Purchased our traverse from pine belt Chevrolet, worst dealer we've ever used.
