Was charged $79. 96 for oil change which included the 27pt. Service check along with the tire rotation. I also had a $20.00 coupon for the service. When I received the invoice I was charged an additional $39.99 for the oil & filter! I questioned this with the service writer and was told this was how they do it! I have spoken to several different dealerships and they have never heard of being double charged for parts over what should have been included in an 'oil change' service! More
They knew exactly why I was there and what needed to be accomplished. When I mentioned I had received a postcard indicating I had Rewards Points available, Al said to bring it with me at the time of pickup accomplished.
