I went into dealer with my 82 year old mother to lease a new Chevy Cruze. Bill was very professional and extreemly respectful of my mom. He showed us the car and made possible suggestions on other modles as new Chevy Cruze. Bill was very professional and extreemly respectful of my mom. His patience was almost saint-like as he explained the cars systems to a women who was not savvy of the latest in technology. He definitely went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and specifically told her that if she needed anything she should call him first and he would take care of whatever she needed including service and even violuteered to put the new plates on her car at her house when they arrrived at the dealer. My mom had bought a car 1999 Chevy Lumina from the dealer years ago and returning to the dealer was a pleasant experince for both her and myself. When I first stopped by Hawthorne Chevrolet a few weeks ago, I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle due the current economy. I might also add, not the easiest customer to please at that time. I needed to be 100% sure I was getting the best all around deal possible including financing and affordable monthly payments. I was first met by Tom Brown(salesman)who showed me around and explained the options and different packages. After a week or so of talking with Tom and deciding whether this was the right truck for me or not, we agreed on a deal. When I went back to the dealership I wasn't completly satisfied with the options on the truck, which Tom Brown along with his General Manager, Tom Pasquazi, quickly worked out all my concerns with the truck.(2012 colorado crew cab). When I drove out of the dealership with my new truck, I was 110% pleased. I believe I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. When I returned to pick up my plates and have my accessories installed I was met by Tom Pasquazi who wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. Then Tom Brown took me to service where my accessories were promptly installed. Tom Brown, Tom Pasquazi, the service dept. and Hawthorne Chevrolet are all Top Class Professionals. I will recommend anyone looking for a Chevrolet to go Hawthorne Chevrolet and see Tom Brown. Excellent experience. More

I initially contacted this dealer by requesting a quote through the internet. Carey Lutz responded with a very informational email on the car I requested with their price of the car. The other dealers that I contacted seemed more interested in playing games and not giving me up front information or pricing, so I decided to visit Hawthorne to see the car. It was a pleasure to work with Bill Fellbaum to test drive and decide which options I wanted on my Camaro. The whole sales process was quick and efficient, yet thorough. There were no last minute add-on prices or gimmicks like ones that I have experienced with other dealers. The price we agreed to was the price I paid. I was in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes. Bill took the time to acquaint me with my new Camaro and he followed up with me a week later to make sure that I was completely satisfied. More
What can you say about a dealership & its employees who go out of their way to make everything go right. Fantastic. He put me in contact with Arnie Ziem who together got me the camaro convertible I wanted for my wife's surprise anniversary gift and at a great price as well. Al in service gets a thumbs up as well. He took care of something I forgot to mention to Arnie that I needed added to my car when I went to pick it up. Al took care of it at 4:30 on a Friday evening so I would not have to come back. I would recommend this dealer, Carey L., Arnie & Al to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Great service all around. More

The staff at Hawthorne were friendly and informative. Unlike other dealerships I had visited, Hawthorne's staff actually gave the impression that they wanted to satisfy the customer. My salesman was Andre Yulfo and he was a pleasure to work with (so was GM Thomas Pasquazi). All in all, my Hawthorne Chevrolet experience was a thoroughly satisfying one. I won't hesitate to return when I'm ready to make another purchase. More
This was the first Chevy dealership we had visited, and it was def. worth the trip from NY. Andre was very helpful and took the time to work with us to get us the vehicle and price we wanted.
