Can't seem to fix it I brought my 2008 Silverado in for several issues. My tire sensor was replaced, the O2 sensor was replaced, and a new air bag sensor was ordered. I had an appointment for 8:00 A.M., it took until after 2:00 P.M. to get the truck back. The following Saturday I went back for the air bag sensor and to replace yet another part that caused the engine light to come back on. I had an appointment for 8:00 A.M., and I sat waiting for 4 hours. After spending two Saturdays, and over $2,000, I thought the truck was finally fixed. But, now, my engine light is on once again after only 200 miles! Now, I will have to take an unpaid day off from my job for a third visit in less than 3 weeks. This was my first new car purchase ever. I have had persistent engine light problems over the last 8 years beginning almost immediately after I paid over $23,000 cash for this truck. I am disgusted. The person my husband spoke to the night before he told him my credit score was a little low the person - Greg - told him NO PROBLEM... So we went there waited and waited no one asked us if we needed help I went to the main desk and told them it still took quite a while till Gary came to my husband and told us he was with other customers and it would be a little wait. Well an hr later he comes to us again I explain what I want - Chey Cruze in blue. He still makes us wait again till we ask that my info be taken before working the #s for the car - again we wait. Total time at dealership was 3 hours!!!!! They said the would call me back Monday to see if they could work with another bank. It's now 2:30 pm Monday and NO PHONE CALL!!! We wasted more than 3 hrs - when they could have had another salesman take my info and send us on our way saying they would call me Monday!!!! More

4 hours for a battery! I had to wait 4 hours for them to diagnose and replace my known bad battery under warranty. 90 minutes for diag with their system was fair but the ext I had to wait 4 hours for them to diagnose and replace my known bad battery under warranty. 90 minutes for diag with their system was fair but the extra 2.5 hours to swap it was unreal and they charged me for labor because I have a breaker and cable on the battery which they never even removed. Then I got it back with the wiring messy! The sales team here is great but service sucks. I always have to wait at least 4 hours for even the simplest things. More

She returned now they say it was a different problem gave her another bill and let her know that they did a full inspection and the car was good including her brakes. 2 days later her brake line broke at a red line causing to go through the intersection with on coming traffic. When I called the service department I got a full run around with all of the excuses. THEY STILL TOOK HER MONEY, & DID NOTHING FOR THEIR INCOMPOTENCE TO SERVICE A VEHICLE COORECTLY!! More

If you are in the market I strongly recommend for you to go to Hawthorne Chevrolet and ask for Rob Braschi. Rob isn't your average salesperson and the reason why I say this is because he wasn't pushy nor rushing me to buy the car which is what an average sales person does now a days. Rob on the other hand was very professional and laid back in the sense he wasn't rushing me to buy the car, he actually took his time explaining the vehicle and took me on a test drive and explained the whole process to me. I can appreciate a sales person who is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I don't like when a salesperson is pushy. The environment in the dealership was very nice, friendly and loving, everyone that walked by me said hi and i thought that was great. I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu and I love my vehicle. More
