Making the Stereotype Very Real By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Lie after lie after lie after lie. Whatever it took to keep the financing in-house. Bill Lockmeyer, pre-owned salesman, took us for fools - claiming our bank, Chase, failed to deliver the financing paperwork (nonsense); that our balance check bounced (there's enough money there to buy the car outright, twice over); the Finance Director saying he knows nothing about the situation (which I find very difficult to believe); and the list goes on. We wasted 4.5 hrs at the dealership for the purchase, which should have been a 30 minute transaction. I then had to take another day off work to settle the nonsense and get my plates and registration. Don't waste your time. There are other cars and better people who sell them. More
